I was more worried about losing one of our top players more than anything so I am delighted that we have managed to keep them.

Happy enough with what we have brought in. Would have liked another striker, but I suppose that was dependent on Sammy leaving.

I think the jury's still out. Definitely think we could have done better.

We are coming out the window stronger than we went in, that for me is the main thing. In an ideal world we would have got another ST in and moved on a few more players.

Yea I also said the same thing and i got proven wrong :bbpd: however i knew izaguirre would be a good signing and i really do hope bangura turns out a good signing but it is a bit of a gamble but i guess if John park rates him highly then he will turn out good for us :)

Some fans will never be happy as they are detached from reality

maybe not detached from reality. *, I'd be delighted for us to splurge millions but we can't.

it's just tough for some to reconcile hope from reality.

Hi lads... just landed in spain and on my flight to Marbella was hooper and Commons. Nice lads, had a bit of banter with the two of them- they're sayiing they've been told to expect to hear about the sion issue on thursday night although i know the official word is that it will be friday... who knows. Anyway, the two of them seem like the best of pals :)

promised everything, given little, same old same old, i dont know why i get excited at transfer windows anymore...we needed a centre back...and a good one at that, and its not been delivered yet again..

that aside, im happy with bangura, seems promising by what everyone is saying about him.

Haven't seen the 2 players signed so far so it's hard to comment on them.

Sad that wee Shaun has left, there are others who i would've liked to see away before him.
