People seem to be completely ignoring the fact we were a goal and man down by the time the game had kicked off.

If Sion came to Celtic Park and gave us a goal lead and went a man down in the first minute we'd have steamrolled them to/

The small margins like that effect the outcome massively and theres nothing that can be done about it.

    * it - posting this again:

I think he's just trying to lift the players by coming out and publicly backing them. He's probably booted their balls the past couple of weeks, so what more can he do to try and motivate them??

Sensible heads on, folks - we were at a disadvantage after 43 seconds!

Dan is a liability when he's on the park, so it mattered little whether he was sent off.

The rest of the team - by and large - played with laziness, selfishness and utter ineptitude.

Dan certainly wasn't to blame for Ki giving the ball away consistently (and ultimately, fatally).

He wasn't to blame for Cha hoofing the ball in all sorts of directions.

He wasn't to blame for Sammy breaking up our own attacks by running the ball into walls of Sion players.

He wasn't to blame for Hooper getting caught offside constantly.

    Etc.

Didnt see the game and thankfully I didnt. But reading posts on here it seems he got it wrong again, same as he did last wk.He's not able to change things up,a rousin half time talk doesnt cut it anymore. We're strugglin in Europe and the SPL and he knows it I think.Just my opinion

A longball over the top shouldn't leave the attacker one on one ffs! It's schoolboy stuff, the team lost concentration less than a minute in!! Buck has to stop at the manager somewhere along the line. * sham.

I'm coming to the conclusion that Lennon is a " Yes Man " for the board.
He is starting to come away with the same pish that Strachan used to ram down our throats in his last season.Sorry Lennon you have been hanging around Strachan too long and have picked up all his bad habits and grudges which alienated him from the support and the team.Remember the vendettas Strachan had with Gravesen and Riordan ?, looks like you have a vendetta with Stokes too.

To be fair after the sending off Brown, Kayal and Ki did well and so did the defence. But even before the penalty we werent set out to score.
Exact same front 6 that drew 0-0 with Rangers last year. So they did as well as they possibly could have its just the tactics were all wrong.

If we'd been protecting a 2-0 lead from the first leg that is the team i'd have played.
Really need to be more adventurous and believe we are better than other teams. Walter Smith tactics tonight

Yes we lost a man but Lenny is responsible for signing him and for picking him when he has been an absolute bombscare

Sooooo...are you blaming him for a player's lack of concentration? Might as well blame him for not telling a player what kind of studs to wear.

Dan was a * disgrace on Sunday aswell, but he still got the nod to start the game!

We were * in the home leg aswell. We've been pumped in 3 out of 3 European ties under Lenny, do you think it's acceptable getting the * taken out of us by inferior sides?
