So samaras blamed without touching the ball and McCourt the only good player today gets abuse too? Not bring funny mate but did you watch the game? He made countless passes and tried like 2 runs and was almost successful on one.

If I was him I wouldn't pass to that lot, they would only lose it.

I can see where the OP is coming from, was thinking along the same lines whilst at the game.

Having Samaras on the bench was about as useful as having him on the park.

McCourt done well when he came on and was unlucky not to score a couple of times.

Does us no justice when we need a goal only to have a striker on the bench that scored a whopping 3 goals last season.

Whats done is done but will it make the slightest difference to the money men?

    Not unless we pump Sion.

Maybe then will we see some new faces.

There is no chance of Liewell getting the money out.

    I'm not picky.
I would call anything like that a "blessing" but I can see where the OP is definitely coming from. It could be the thing that makes them buck up their ideas. The last time I saw a performance like that (apart from against Sion that is) was against Ross County.

I think there are too many players that just turn up but don't play and don't have the commitment. I think McCourt should at least start matches. There's been too many where he's either not been used or has been brought on too late to do anything. Why not have Commons on the left and McCourt on the right? I didn't think Commons was bad today - one of our better players to be honest in my opinion and was unlucky with the free kick.

There are definitely ones that are needing punted though because it's like they are here for just a free ride.

Commons and Mulgrew were on a completely different wavelength for the whole of the first half.

Any other club and I'd agree with the OP but these money men in the stand have watched us put up the weakest title challenges for 3 seasons now and fail miserably and have still not invested or taken a * risk.

Were worse players on the pitch than those two.

i can see it coming a mile off , peter lawell will spout some pish along the lines of we had a few players far down the line but they fell through at last minute. If he says this i swear i will seriously consider renewing ever again
