    I got one for about two years. Introduced it to my collegues as well, was a lot of fun in the office (yes work is pretty boring). :icon_mrgreen: It's been a while since I used it though...

    It's like a mini-gyroscope inside a plastic ball, you start it and turn your wrist gradually getting faster and faster, it's a good wee work out that very addictive. I've used it for a day and can feel my grip getting tighter and tighter. He's a cheesy video I found on Youtube to pretty much describe it in detail.

    Put a wrist strap on it(like the one on a wii remote)if your gonny give people shots of it.
    Nothing is worse than having some limp-wristed *-pig drop your powerball, then have it make a funny sound after that.

    A few quid cheaper at amazon for the souped-up model you got.

    Are they any good? I want to be a fireman, and theres a website that says they are good for strengthening wrists to help with being a fireman. Which ones the best to buy?
