    Ok, the scum like to go on about the fact that they've won the league a world record 54th time, but we can put them in their place by reminding them of Lisbon 67. However, it does frustrate me to an extent that we're 12 behind on 42. I know it sounds crazy but would it be possible for us to win 12 in a row, if we spent big and Lenny was still here long-term- like our version of Alex Ferguson.
    Also, our record in the League Cup is a disgrace- 14 wins to the Huns 27. ik now people say its an egg cup, but you still have to win it to win doubles and trebles, and its silverware for the trophy cabinet. The only good point is we've won more Scottish cups 35 to their 33. In the last 3 years we have won 2 trophies, and the Huns have won 6. We need to start winning domestic trophies regularly again, starting with the League Cup, then the big one will be the championship next May.

    Indeed it is, any one that says they aren't * when the huns bring up the title amount is lying though. I desperately want us to over-take them, having the European Cup and the most titles would just mean everything. We must invest in some proven quality if we're going to do so though.

    am 25. am no sure we'll catch them in my lifetime. though if they did get hit with a huge tax fine then we won the league with us getting the champions league money we could go on and win the next 6-7 years it, would cut it right down

    12 in a row is not impossible but i can't see that in our lifetime anyway unless either club went bust. Celtic will eventually catch Rangers on league titles and Rangers may well in the very very distant future, win the champions league. Obviously alot of things would need to change, but it's not impossible.

    If we can get 3 titles, for every one they get we should get to their record in 20 years..
    Realistically if we can get 6 for every 5 they get then we should be level in 121 years, would be nice to get ahead of them, and screw their league cup record.

    When you come across a hun with the old "most successful team in the world" arguement just remind them that they were established 15 years before us and that is how they have more titles. And as mentioned a million times above, one gold star is better than 5 bronze!

    I honestly dont care, doesnt bother me at.
    Bottom line we got the BIG ONE, and theres more of a chance of us catching them than the huns winning the CL.

    They wouldn't have won all they titles if they hadn't been at the fiddle with their taxes, I say strip them off all the titles they won dating back to when it first happened!:icon_mrgreen:

    To answer the OP, yes we will - and it will happen in my lifetime!

    Also, there's more chance of Celtic winning the CL before the huns do!

    But for now, the answer to their crap is easy - 1 star is better, they had a 15 year head start and they have cheated their way to how many via tax dodging and hfa assistance!

    If titles were awarded based upon legitimate victories, i.e. if we had impartial refs in this country and also that lot had paid their taxes then we would be ahead of them!

    Give it time though, we will overcome! We know we are the better team & club and also far better human beings!

    When Ferguson arrived at Man U he said he wanted to knock Liverpool off their f**king perch and that should be the aim of any Celtic manager towards R*angers, when he joined United I'm sure no one would have even thought of the position United are in now, anything can happen and the shame weren't 12 ahead when David Murray bought them

    put it this way, there is no celtic fan who would swap the european cup for more league titles than them, and every r*ngers fan, no matter what they say, would swap the number of league titles they have more than us for a european cup.

    oh and they have existed for longer than we have.
