    Can someone please give me a straight answer, will celtic know today if they are going through? I dont care if it is in principle because Sion can still appeal it but is the actual verdict today?

    Do you have a link or anything? Or is it just on the telly?

    I wouldnt read too much into what sky sports says as well- said at the weekend that izzy was back in the squad- and that rangers had went three points clear of celtic after their win at aberdeen:rolleyes:

    Just from the what I have read. It is sounding like a lot of "yeah they did wrong but...". Empahsis on the "but". Making excuses for them, saying that it is difficult because they players took it to a civil court etc. I think if anything as drastic as expulsion was going to be done, there wouldn't be so much messing around.

    Just like to add to that, like everything in the news, Blatter, Platini, SFA et al. is just PR. Just so they can say "we wanted the right thing but the anonymous panel decided not to". Blatter had to say something about it since he has been exposed as the corrupt politician he is.

    If they were gonna get kicked out, they'd have been kicked out prior to the draw being made, same situation with the Turkish team being thrown out of CL.

    I personally think Sion will be removed but the place will go to another Swiss team.

    Doubt this would ever happen. If they are found guilty we would recieve a 3-0 victory for both legs so we would progress.

    Thats like saying celtic are getting thrown out but we'll just let st mirren take their place :rolleyes:

    These * at Uefa have never even considered the fans here. Either way, fans of Celtic or Sion can't buy tickets or make travel plans, when they are not sure if they are in yet, and the * thing kicks off two weeks on Thursday!

    What about the teams themselves? They have to make hotel arrangements and travel plans. Leagues may have to move games, to accommodate Thursday night games.

    They need to resolve this ASAP as everyone is in limbo. It is not good enough. Make your mind up and get on with it *.

    decision may not be made today

    reading online that uefa not confirmed that today is gonna be used for decision on sion plus spokeman saying that if they decide to throw them out they can appeal got feeling this is gonna take forever and a day......but it be great for us to be back in???............lesson needs to be learned that we should have been more cautious against sion in line up we were obviously outta luck in 1st minute so who knows what may have been but from recent european games away we have made it harder for ourselves we need self belief but we also need to dig in and be more tactically aware

    UEFA have only got just under 10-tens days as celtic or they cheats sion need to sort out tickets for the 1st leg in Madrid,also it has to be a formalty that fc sion are kicked out ffs why would sep blater(Fifa boss) come out and say that Sion did cheat same with the UEFA boss so hurry up and throw them out ffs!
