    The dangerous precedent being if they are 'let off' then it gives a green light to other clubs sign and play who u want when you want.

    Also this could bring the whole transfer window saga into question.

    That's what I read earlier something to do with being banned from 2 transfer periods which sion are saying is 2 windows and FIFA are saying 2 seasons

    Fair enough. I don't really see how they can but you never know. I'm sure Celtic will sue for lost revenue if they somehow get away with it. We'll find out soon anyway.

    All in all the players have to be registered with their f.a. then their f.a. (i take it) must register them with uefa. Now if uefa refused their players a playing permit and sion still played them in a uefa competion then surely this is clean cut case.
