    Wolves friendly at Parkhead?

somebody asked Neil on Twitter if there will be any friendly matches at cp before the season begins to which he responded "yes think we may play wolves". It would be good but we have to be careful not to schedule too many games before our early start or else the players will be * for our european qualifier.

I'd rather it was down there.

well we play Melbourne Victory on the 13th, then Hibs after that in the league on the 24th before playing inter and a league of ireland team in more friendlies the following weekend so maybe wolves could fit in either between Melbourne and Hibs or between Hibs and the Tournament.

It'll be a low crowd but I'll probably pop down to see the Bhoys in action against a good side.

If they make the tickets reasonable like £10 £5 kids we'd get a good crowd.

Aye, if the prices are low enough, I could see this attracting about 40-45,000, depending on the weather too obviously. Not everyone wants to go out and sit in the * rain for an hour and a half, to watch a match that means nothing.

Would have hoped for a bigger team but will certainly attend. Hopefully a couple new signings will draw out a respectable crowd.

Wolves are a good side. They'll bring some competition if they put out a relatively good side. They're still a prem league team aren't they ?

Very true, unfortunetly I just think they lack the glamour of other prem teams that would attract the crowds. At the end of the day we should all be going just to see Celtic and not too be impressed by overpaid and overrated premiership 'stars'
