    I certainly wouldn't like to see him go, as i'm sure is the general feeling amongst the support. I expect the club will be having to contemplate some very good offers this summer which i believe will meet the valuation of the player to the club. It is sad we have to probably consider we'll be losing Izzy but he will be moving onto bigger things wherever he moves. I personally wish him all the best because he'll have options to join clubs that will be competing in the business end of the Champions League and earning triple if not more, what we can offer him financially. I'm not saying it is about money but playing at the highest level professionally. I just hope he doesn't move sideways and aims high, Barca could use a flying LB.:50:

    Better league but they are not bigger clubs than celtic, if the epl is his aim then hes got a better chance staying at celtic than going to France, the english are always looking at the old firm for good players to pick up.

    Lets hope he is misquoted because thats entirely possible translating from spanish to english. I think he means to say he is flattered by interest from other clubs and like any professional would think about the move, it doesn't say he is actively interested in the move.

    I think this is total * reading its just crap journalism trying to write anything for a story .

    My mates sister works for evening times she told us one night if they not got much in news then will mix things by adding there own stuff and creating a story that will sell papers .

    wouldnt even trust the quotes. articles have gone fooking mad recently. i doubt izzy would say those things tbh, he seems like stand up guy!

    He has been learning english for a year is settled and is happy in scotland, his family are happy, canst see him wanting to uproot his family once again then learn french.

    His choice. But when he eventually leaves, I'd prefer to see him go to a top EPL or La Liga side.

    If PSG are interested (and there is nothing to say they are) we will struggle to keep him, in fact we won't.

    They have new Qatari owners and have just brought Leonardo on board from Italy. They are also now trumping EPL and La Liga clubs to the signing of players.

    as long as they pay over the top for him i am not fussed, he only cost us 600k and we can get someone else in for the money we make off of him

    the main thing is if a players head is turned and he wants to go then as long as we get the right offer and get someone who wants to play for us
