Shame for the big man. Not my fav player but he has came in and done a good job in recent weeks and i think McManus plays better with him next to him then Caldwell

on a personal level its unfortunate for Bobo, as he probably was moving on in January and now very unfortunate for us.... he will cost us 28K per week until the summer..... which will affect WGS plan .. we would have got 2 central defenders for that money... Still thats football, changes by the day

he's on more than 28k a week and he's not on the peformance based pay scale yet

We can forget about selling him in janaury, he will out injured probably for the rest of the season and getting paid 28k. balde seems to always take a long time to fully recover to 100% anyone remember the summer. hope the big man can get well soon tho.

Disgusting to say that about a professional footballer.

It was sad to see your player get injured but to say that about Balde sums up why the English are regarded in the way they are up here.

    Goodbye.

the stand in for Bobo will have to be CL eligible so if that's gonna be O'Dea (big ask) then why would we waste money on Pressley? After all JFK must be close to getting back in harness and JJ would probably be more effective back there than up front! If O'Dea was to come thru it would be a big boost for Lennoxtown.

Going by your logic, something drastic will happen to you for coming out with such a sickening statement. I just hope when it does, it makes you realise what a * you are.

Anyway, sad to see the big man, or anyone else for that matter, get hurt like that. Speedy recovery big man :shamrock:

It's an unfortunate situation we've been put in defensively, but maybe it will be a blessing in disguise, the fact that we have so many out injured. Unless the replacement we get in goes by the name of Elvis. Then we're prob even worse off.

Coz the guy's no better than the players we have the now when they're fit. And if we've got Presley in it's not going to be as much as a priority to get someone in who is of the standard we need (in terms of domestically AND in Europe.

If we get a defender in in Jan, he has to be of a high caliber, coz theres no point in getting stop gap's in - especially after the extra revenue we get from getting to the last 16 of the CL.
