I think there is a very good chance that all the brits from the north travelled down to make up some kind of support, no self respecting irish man or woman would have anything to do with supporting her arrival. any got any information if the protests near the garden of remembrance are still going to take place? and she has some balls to visit croke park after the massacre her family were in charge of

1257 Over 60 supporters of the Republican Éirígí Party are holding a sit down protest in O'Connell Street.

Total disgrace that she's going to the remembrance garden that honors those who lost their life fighting her monarch. Sickening :31:

If this visit wasn't costing Ireland a penny it would still be a disgrace, but the fact that the Irish Government are spending €30M at a time when the country is in economic freefall is nothing short of scandalous.

Did anyone go to the 'Turn the Royal Mile Republican' in Edinburgh during the Royal Wedding? It was proper republican not that Irish nonsense lol jk. It was just a protest against the monarchy.

You'r right there mate. Same with the Royal Wedding and the Pope's visit to Glasgow. IMO <~~~~ Both were unnecessary during these tough times.

The Monarchy are nothing but tourist attractions these days and personally I see no point in her going to Ireland at all :50:

It was pretty sickening watching * Save the Queen being played at Dublin Castle. It was even more sickening watching Irish soldiers saluting while it was played. :38:

€30m + for that old cow to visit... she shouldnt be welcomed back while she lays claim to part of our country.. too many Irish down south saying " the war is over time to forgive" well im afraid they might have got there 26 counties back but we havent got the other 6 back yet... when we do its then & only then should this visit even have been considered... its not that long ago a regiment of her Army massacered 14 innocent civillans & she rewarded them by making there commander a knight of her empire.

& theres far too many West Brits over here.. eg the RTE coverage of the "royal" wedding.-showing Dublin housewives having parties with the butchers apron hanging in there gardens.. & the amount of guys walking about in Man Utd & liverpool tops ....makes me sick tbh

They're going to play * Save the Queen in the Garden of Remembrance as well! Why don't they just * all over the graves of the fallen while they're at it. :38:
