This is completely off topic right, but it's something I've been wondering for a while...

How come whenever I change my avatar, your signature pic always changes to match it? I noticed this and thought it was * strange :56:

I feel sorry for them, they shouldnt have left her in the hotel room but still to lose your child must be the worst feeling in the world.

I thought i saw her in Corfu not long after it happened when waiting on a bus to go on a day out. I seen her on one of those childs play rides outside a cafe, she smiled over at me and then a tanned woman took her over to there table and put a hat on her. I know alot of little girls look a like at that age but have asked myself the question many times was it her, why didnt i say something.

Did you ever contact any of the local authorities mate? I've read a few stories of sightings ever since her disappearance, but obviously, none of them ever came to anything.

I have nothing but absolute sorrow for them.

They made a mistake, but didn't expect the mistake to have such a tragic result. Who would?

I hope they get an answer in their continued search for the poor wee girl, but I cannot ever feel anything but sorrow for them both.

I didnt mate no, never thought of much about it until kinda after i came back home, and then i had some personal stuff that took my mind away from it. By the time i sorted my head from personal stuff other sightings had been made but i regret not saying something to the appropriate people at the time.

I hope they find out what happened to her and where she is, hopefully alive.

Theres two different views you can look at , you can say that they should have been there looking after her and not left her alone neglected and this would never have happened , but then again theyve lost their daughter and that girl was taken away from her family , so you do feel sorry for them , but there is two sides to it , its a hard one

Will we ever know what went on that night....i doubt it.
Is the wee girl alive....no way in *....they killed her or....she was taken but with the way the story broke and went all over the world and the very telling mark in her eye she could never be kept by the people that took her cause she would allways be easy to spot
Hope the truth comes out one day and the people who did this get whats coming to them.

I feel sorry for them both that they have lost their wee lovely daughter but on the other hand im raging with them also.Leaving your kids unattended in a foreign country is a disgrace especially when one is 3 years old and the other 2 are babies.

Absolutely feel sorry, how you can pity the McCann's is beyond ridiculous. I've been left home alone when I was younger, maybe not that young and not abroad, but you must feel your child is secure in a locked hotel room.

It's a total sin what happened to their child and to their lives. I hope they find her. Can only hope she is still alive and it will be a happy day when she is reunited with her parents !

They made a mistake in leaving there child alone ,they are now paying for this as there lives will mean nothing ,going through the unknown trying to find out if she is alive or dead is there punishment ,,i would'nt wish that sentence on my worst eneny.

I don't feel sorry for them at all tbh. Anyone who leaves their kids unattended while they go for a drink doesn't deserve sympathy at all. It's neglect however you look at it. If it had been a couple of junkies or alkies that had done the same people would not have anywhere near the same level of sympathy. The whole "oh but they are doctors" line means nothing. Harold Shipman was a doctor but behind closed doors was a serial killer.

There's still something not quite right about that couple. They appear to be milking their situation for all it's worth. It's easy to say its going to the maddy fund but that maddy fund is sending them around the world. They are not out in places campaigning non stop so to me it looks like a case of them playing up on it to keep in the papers and to go places.

I know some might think i'm being harsh or whatever but that's how i see it. The average person would have accepted the reality by now and got on with their lives. I'm sure if the girl is still alive she would be of an age now that if she was in a public place she would get someones attention and get help.

It all looks dodgy to me and i still to this day believe the parents had some part to play in it all.

disgusting. i cant imagine how anyone could be so inhumane as to not feel for the parents.
