let me get you right here....you're saying there was more pressure to take that penalty last night when we were trailing 3-1 with a minute to go than the penalty against the huns to win the league? dont be daft.

lenny tactics team selection and formation were an absolute disgrace last night. ask anyone who's qualified in the game and i'll be very suprised if anyone tries to defend him.

3-1, in injury time. This was our last chance last night, whereas we could have went out at Ibrox and still scored after we missed the penalty, considering it happened 10 minutes before the end. And if we had somehow drawn level last night, we still would have went top of the league.

There was more pressure on Commons last night than there was on Samaras at Ibrox. Commons handled the pressure and Samaras couldn't.

Yet again, stop pretending you know what tactics are best for Celtic, because you're kidding yourself on. Lennon is undefeated at Ibrox, the only manager to go a whole season doing this since * knows when and he's still only in his first full season as a manager. I think he knows what it takes to get an important result. The players were a disgrace last night.

Lennon at least tells as it is.:50: Put Mulgrew in at LM, as we need him to toughen up the midfield. He's been suspect at CB yesterday, to put it mildly. My ideal defense:Iza-Rogne-Maj-Wilson

You would rather have mulgrew at LM than commons?
FFS, get mulgrew back on the bench where he belongs.

Well as Lenny said he and his staff can take blame too, but its my opinion Lenny is addressing a problem that should have been sorted out a longtime ago and wasnt.
Also we have two up front in particular that have scored quite a number of goals in a third rate league cof course, what we need are strikers that can control the ball, be in the right place when the ball comes upfield, and not just be virtually nowhere when work is needed as in this Inverness game.
To me theres alot of wishful thinking and exaqgerated imagination about Lenny his staff and the Celtic squad, ie. I keep reading that Kayal has been brilliant that Hooper is on his way to play for England, that Scott (yellow card) Brown has had a great season, young Forrest is one to watch.
Celtic were pathetic in Europe, Celtic in the last three years are a team of trial and error in my opinion, and please dont give me the arguement of no money, we have had some chancers in those three years, we have been at 6s and 7s in those past three years, under Lenny we have some decent players and the fitba is pretty good, but he has a bunch of good players but its not a viable first team ragular starting outfit,. and should be.
The BOARD are useless when it comes to fitba, go ahead keep Lawwell and the rest, and I will tell you that you WILL get the same results next season and the next, ad infinitum!
Whats the use, I will keep following the Celtic no matter what, but I sure as * aint going to imagine what isnt there!

Anyone remember back to the start of the season when the board wanted an older wiser head in with Lennon to guide him??? but the arrogance of the man he demanded to go it alone,, despite being a ROOKIE... well this arrogance (barring a miracle) has cost us the title to the worst * huns team ive ever saw... we have a team of decent players undoubtley with more than enough skill to win the SPL easily,

Yet with lennon constant chopping & changing of the team,,shocking tactics,,bad uses of subs we are now faced with the prospect of the ugly mob going for 3 in a row & all the champions league money that goes with it Celtics inability to win when it matters have probaly rescued that shower of scum from * extinction.

Ive been through worse times as a tim but at least then 99% of the fans knew where the problem lay.. be it with the board, players,or manager.

But at last the board have found a way to keep us tims quiet.. give us a growling red head manager & cos hes Irish & Catholic all is forgiving.....it was the same as Boruc in his last year here he was fat as * & had howlers of games but because he noised up the huns he never got any stick for it.

Well im sorry that wont whitewash the facts for me....Lennon blew it this year...his tactics in the CIS cup final & again last night ..coupled with putting out a defensive line up at scumbrox......the blame lies with him.

I dont think i could face the prospect of another manager coming in to rebuild the team for a 3rd season in a row so im not calling for lennons head here...but the guy needs to know that his tactics have let us down badly and forget all this in lenny we trust guff cos its got us * nowhere.

To be honest, I was panicking when Charlie was put into the CB position but then he became reasonably steady and certainly better than all of the others who had a wee shot at CB but when he made that msitake at motherwell, it just reminded me that he is Mr stop gap. Both him and MAj looked good on Sunday and I felt ok about them seeing it out for the remainder of the season, so could not believe how bad they were last night. Amateurish.

Lennon was gathering the players in front of the away fans right after the end, but some rushed down the tunnel. Camera caught him shouting "Shaun!", I hope he didn't hold back at all later in the dressing room. It's really disappointing to see players not having guts to face the fans after that embarrassing performance.

His interview after the game was pretty much spot on. Awful, from spineless defence to anonymous front line. They lost the game that should've been an easy win even without giving 100%.

well spending * all on CB's has not guaranteed quality has it now with big dan and make sift mulgrew

don't you think it's time money was spend on some CB's who have some quality about them play in a better league?

or we spend * all again this summer and lose to a debt ridden club yet again?

sorry mate i have to disagree , that team should * walk over inverness . all the tactics in the world goes out the window when your teams arsholes start to pucker and there knees start shaking . its called not handling the pressure and that only becomes rectified from experience. which imo will happen .

Keep him well away from the club.

Spending money does not guarantee success but I do agree that we need a better quality of CB, of course I do.
