Should Kayal play, every time, I think everyone agrees with that.

Who is his best partner, Ki or Ledley. I think it's Ledley.

Ki and Kayal is just not as good a balance in my view. It's the partnership which is important, not the individual players.

I dont know if any of you who has been going to games for years watched Paul McStay when he was playing.

I agree with the second part, but for me the best partnership is Kayal and Ki. We need that spark of creativity.

Also in the longer term I feel there is a lot more to come from Ki...

Think in the league it needs to be 2 out the 3 but in Europe we will have a perfect balance with Kayal sitting and ki and Ledley in front of him great spine to build on .

 

I usually find your posts to be quite well thought out so I am going to ask you to explain the bolded part in more detail. Why?

Kayal and Ki have only played together a handful of times and haven't ever really set the heather on fire yet. Kayal and Joe Ledley on the other hand have played together a lot and have looked great together. Kayal and Ledley compliment each other so well. Kayal sits, wins the ball and does the dirty stuff while Joe Ledley gets up and down the pitch making a contribution in and around both boxes. It works really well.

I am quite mystified as to why you would break that partnership up in all honesty.

You my friend are looking for an argument that isnt there. No-one is hating Ki, he has had a * load of compliments on his performance today.

The majority of fans feel that Ledley and Kayal is a better option at the moment. This doesnt equate to hating Ki. Neil Lennon also feels pretty much the same way.

 

In Europe aye 4 33 in attack but 451 defending its the way to go.

 

hopefully hes learned alot and gets more direct.

 

i think him, ledley and kayal are all better than brown and im adamant they should all play and that brown is overrated

id like to see that tbh, we've hardly ever played it, if at all, so cant say it wont work, they are our 4 best midfielders imho

 

I'm assuming Brown and Commons would be your other 2 in the middle. Correct me if that's wrong.

Who would be on his own up front (assuming the current squad obviously).

 

i think in our current squad, sammy is the only one that can effectively play on his own, which makes me think we need to bring in someone who can, who's more consistant than sammy

Kayal and Ledly are both Lennon's signings so I would imagine that they will be the first choice pairing when fit.
