WGS took on the almost impossible task of replacing MON, a manager held in such high regard and affection amongst the support, and he didn't do too badly at all did he? The results prove that and are there for all to see. Was the "brand" of football the most exciting we had seen at CP? No, but look at the football we played under Burns, breathtaking at times but ultimately, less successful than Strachans approach.

 

got to admit looking back i wwas a bit harsh on gordon 3 championship in 4 year is pretty impressive in saying that the football was dire at times hope he gets the right club and can be a success with them
