Thought I'd start this for anyone into Irish Music either listening or playing, to share tunes, playing techniques if you play etc.. so I'll kick things off with a few of my favourite tunes.

Love Michael McGoldrick, can't find a good video for James Brown's March but the below is a great tune as well.

Yeah Bodhran, Guitar, Flute and the Tin Whistle, mainly Tin Whistle and Bodhran though, hate playing the flute as I was pushed into playing it at school, a few of my friends hold a Traditional session on a Sunday in a bar near my parents house but I don't get to play as much as I want to which is a bit unfortunate.

BTW forgot about this tune, some amazing Tin Whistle on it.

Irish Descendants are great mate, they add a modern experimental sound at times to traditional music which is evident in Rattlin Bog with the Banjo reels and the tempo of the song kinda like a rockabilly vibe to it. I love Catch The Wind that they do though, really nice song and great lyrics.

Nice music. I listened to some more of their stuff, never heard of them before.

So how do you insert the video into the page? Sorry, I'm a technophobe!

Just want to add if there is any aspiring bodhran players on TC and are just starting out I'd advise you to check the below video out, doing that for about 5 mins you'll end up just breaking into a reel and the movement in your upward and downward strokes will surprise you big time. I always start off practice with this technique.
