absolute tripe, quality player who scores quality goals and creates various opportunities when given a decent amount of playing time. 17 minutes to turn a game on its head when the whole team is playing * is too much ask of any player and taking in to consideration we got paddy for sweet * all , he has been an excellent signing. Hoping he gets a few more chances before end of the season

I think him falling over the ball pretty much summed him up on Sunday he has occasional magic but on the whole he is pretty average at best

Nah for me hes too ineffective and doesnt do enough against the better teams in the league, i alwo feel browns playin his best football for celtic and commons has been a great signing

Forrest should have been on the bench instead of Paddy the huns see Paddy and start licking there lips he does sweet * all v them , they see Young James and they brick its he has pace and tears them apart .

Perfect example was Wylde tearing us apart the boy looks some talent another great player we let go and them * get * great lets hope he does not turn out another Wilson .

Paddy is nothing more than a squad player and he will struggle to make the bench soon due to the options we have within the the whole squad now .

Didnt think he done much when he came on, i would have had forrest on the bench ahead of him anyway.

totally agree with this forrest would have at least hit the byline a few times if he was to come on

also have to say the problem with paddy is if he plays bad its like being a player down he never plays average either * hot or *

I don't think he made much difference to be honest, his performances nearer the start of the season were fantastic then his standards really dropped quite drastically. I really think he has to earn his place back again, but maybe with Brown injured he should get a wee run again.

    Have to agree.

    Not far wrong there.

    Yup.

I know fans love him but he has no consistency in his locker. I know he does not play often (enough said) but when he gets 20 mins. he makes one mad run and usually contributes nothing.

I think he will move on.

As soon as Paddy got a starting place his performances dropped dramatically, no more than a bench/occasional impact player.

I thought he was awful yesterday and would have much preferred Forrest who would have given alot more urgency going forward when we needed it.

Paddy just can't cut it for Celtic. A great performance every ten games or so is hardly what we need.

When he stepped on the ball and fell on his * my mind went right back to Pierce O'Leary doing the same in the 1980's. Think it was a Scottish Cup tie v Inverness Thistle. I rate them about the same in effectiveness for the team.

so true paddy mccourt has more natural ability than any player at the club , he should be used more and not thrown on when the balls burst , hooper and samaras could have played till midnight and not scored paddy and stokes should have been on earlier although injuries dictated the subsitutions .

Definately in the top 3 when it come to creativity, he is also very instinctive, he see passes witch most cant. He definately warrants more time than he receives.
But some thing that no one seems to recall is that paddy and niall were regulars til christmas, but when they recieved the bullets i thought they were taken out of the spotlight, although paddys place was prob going to go to commons i still think the bullets really played part in keeping him out the team witch is sad.
Thats the way i seen it hope im wrong:50:

Commons has been poor the last few games, we should start paddy a few times. He's s lot more creative and deserves more game time.
