No, BUT... Give the red rags the bare minimum details...
At the same time give '' EXCLUSIVES '' to friendly media who in turn could warn off competiters copying their '' EXcLUSIVE '' ( our lawyers are watching )........

Yes. It's about time we made them sufferfor their actions. Did anyone see Commons' media conference last week? They were asking loads of loaded questions and fully trying to make him say something really controversial. Someone had to intervene and ask them to focus the questions more on the hamilton game. Well done to Commons though, he handled it really well.:shamrock:

If Celtic take advantage of their own media outlets, such as the website, the online television channel and the magazine they could simply cut the tabloids out of the picture altogether.

I know what you mean mate but I dont think the Scottish reporters on there would get away with the bile that the tabloids do.

I dont want to see Celtic blank out the media it just give these rags another excuse to dig us. What I do want is every supporter to STOP BUYING these friggin papers. I stopped when the 'THUGS & THIEVES' lies were printed about Henrik & Co a few years back. If you want to know what the headlines and stories are for the day just check THIS website as the bhoys on here all post them for the rest of us and we aint lining the pockets of the likes of Leckie. You will only get fair reporting if you hurt them financialy. So to those who do post the football stories and gossip CHEERS BHOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have said it for years,

get them together one last time, tell them we have had enough of their rubbish and then ban them the next time they start their crap

moonbeam did it in his 700 million mega casino, by making sure they all stepped into line and if they didnt toe the party line they fell out of favour (source G Spiers)

Nah. If u dont speak to the papers, then you dont speak to the t.v companies. If u dont speak to the telly, then they take away the t.v deal, which loses us money

Have'nt bought it since the 'Thugs and Thieves' headline. Remember Celtic put the headline on the big screens at CP with a message from the DR saying ' A Merry Christmas to all our readers' Most of my Celtic pals have bhoycotted it too.

To be fair, the papers are paid for by advertising. So the most effective way to strangle them of their cashflow is to boycott purchasing the paper and any companies that regularly advertise in them.

I voted no initially but the events and uneven biased reporting from both the red top rags and BBC Scotland have made me change my minds.

All talk about Lennon being irresponsible, nil focus on McCoists involvement. Fatty already up on an SFA charge and he hasnt even taken over.

NO mention worth its salt in any papers on Lennons death threats, instead a ridiculous focus on a shitehouse fans trust run by blowhard and gobshited sectarian led scum who want nothing more than to force even more pressure onto our manager.

Its a yes for me. Its actully started from me.
