After everything that has happened so far this season, from the referee debacle, to the Lennon witch-hunt, to the lowly tactics and antics of Rangers, is that I feel from talking to fellow fans and from reading what's been said on here is that it seems like we, as supporters of this great Club, have banded together for the first time in a long time. Especially after last night. The atmosphere at games has been incredible recently.

It's been amazing to see fans uniting behind the players and coaching staff and uniting with each other. It really shows we are more than just a club and I must say that, now more than ever, I am proud to be a Celtic fan.

Hail! Hail! bhoys and ghirls. Let's keep it up until the end of the season. Still a long road ahead.

You know what makes me proud? How on their forums there's all sorts going down - vile child abuse jokes, a deluge of various Neil Lennon death wishes and death threats, all the stuff about Tommy etc. But on our forum, if anyone says something out of order about any of the huns, everyone jumps on it immediately and let's them know it's not on.

    Vive la difference. :50:

I believe there is allot of contributing factors to the support finally getting their finger out and truly backing the team.
    • New songs and chants that I feel the younger suporters really believe they are part of, it's all hapening in the here and now. (Not saying that I don't love all the Celtic songs it's just so refreshing to see the whole of Celtic Park singing new songs, dancing and doing the Huddle/Bronny all together).
    • A manager that we all love
    • A squad of players that we really belive in.
    • The fact that we have all stood together to show that we have had enough of being cheated.
    • A belief that we are all in this together, a family, the Celtic family and there is no one better.

I really have a new found respect for the Green Brigade for what they are doing at the moment I just hope they stick to what they are doing to support the team and don't go back to protests and politics.

I Fckin really love Celtic, so I do. :celt_2:

I totally agree. Even here on the board there seems to be more belief in the players. People who disliked Sammy or Ki or whoever now have belief. Some because they are playing well, but a lot because our manager shows confidence in the players and the players are responding. Players that were bound for the scrap heap: Mark Wilson, Sammy, Mulgrew, Broony... just six months ago we wanted heads. Spirits were low. Now we believe. What a great job Lenny has done, and what a great job the support has done in getting behind the team and urging them on. Hail, hail.

    All of them.
Sticking together and being counted both on the field and off has made us a stronger force and if we continue we will reap our rewards. Atmosphere is probably the best I have known for years and Lennon has got a team with desire and fire in their bellies. Hail Hail

Spot on and the jealousy oozing from the pours of others who try and put us down; only brings us even closer.

"Its not the size of the dog your fighting, but the size of fight in the dog"

And at the moment the size of fight in the dog of Celtic is bigger than ever.

It's all to do with Lenny if you ask me. He said at the start of the season that he was here to bring the thunder back to Paradise and boy has he delivered on that promise. The last two OF games at Celtic Park are the best that I've experienced in a long time. Honestly can't remember ever seeing the stadium shaking the way it was when Commons smashed home the 3rd goal two weeks ago and then again on Wednesday night when Willo scored to dump the Huns out of the Cup.
