His finishing is from the very top drawer, sunday's goals will have added another few quid to his value, Larrson was at celtic for many years, Hooper has some way to go :50:

It's not fair to compare him to Henrik Larsson, that's just setting everyone's expectations of the guy too high. He is amazing that is all that has to be said about him, the best striker in the SPL at the moment, IMO.

Nah bit daft IMO. He is more like Skippy in his golden first season with us. I think the way his form tailed off after that has made people forget just how good Skippy was, including at a level that Hooper has not got near yet - the CL. At the moment I think there is a fairly uncanny similarity with Skippy and Hooper's first seasons. For me he is the replacement for the skippy of early days and we have not had such a natural predator since then. Thats was 2 years without an on-form fit natural striker and its no coincidence our success dried up in that period.

I like the sound of: Hooperman, number 88 Celtic Legend. Then: Hooper, the best since the King of Kings.

He was up at Bamboo after the game on Sunday and ended up inviting some mates of a friend into the VIP section for free drinks.

Top bloke and a top striker :50:

The guy looks like he's going to be a star for sure and if he keeps improving i feel the sky's the limit for this young man.

just thinking has he scored with his head yet?

He's exceeded most peoples expectations and could have a very bright future with us. Far too early to compare with The King of Kings though - so unfair on the lad as he doesn't come near Henrik at the moment.
Give him great credit for how well he's done and let's hope he fulfils his undoubted potential with us and not somewhere in the EPL

Disagree. A much more complete and intelligent footballer than Skippy, as well as stronger, imo.

Definetely, let him be his own guy. Think that's how the media ruin some players, remember all the * with Liam Miller?
