Playing at Ibrox and Tyncastle will be a struggle but i have faith in Lenny and the players to pull through and lift the Cup :)

its not a tennis tournameant, its a 38 game league, you need to play well throughout the seaon to win, if we burn out ill be surprised

for me peaking too early is to peak at the start of the season.

We're in the business end of the season now, so it's the perfect time to be hitting top form :)

We're nower near peakin, we have enough options to ensure we dont burn out at the end of the season and aye, ibrox after the split will be tough but considerin how much theyv been punished over the last two games, if we get off to a good start theyl crumble. Hopefully weer in a position then to be able to accept draws at both rangers and hearts!

Intrestingly we did not play as well yesterday as we did the last time at ibrox so that negates the opinion we have peaked too early.

Peaking too early and burn out - you couldn't script this guys! Seriously you doom and gloomers need to get a grip.

The team has an average age of 24 (approx) and these young guys are all athletes, so burn out just won't happen.

As for peaking too soon - I'd say we're still on the up slope on the mountain and just about to reach our peak this season over the next few games as the team all know what each other can do now.

I also agree with most other posters here taht our peak next season will be far higher than this. Keep the faith bhoys and ghirls :50:

Totally disagree with the OP. I feel we have peaked at the perfect time, as Rangers seem to have crumbled a bit. We have another 2 Rangers games coming up in the near future and we are flying high at the moment. That confidence can carry us through those game, hopefully with two OF wins under our belt. If we win those games I can only see us getting stonger as we have it in our hands.

i think the only team burning out are rangers they have an old team that has been punching well above its weight for about 3 seasons now they have no depth and they all looked very tired yesterday us on the other hand are only in our first year of transition and are young and very hungry the beast is on its knees and we are going bring it crashing down WE JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH!!

We're going from strength to strength with a young side. We've not even scratched the surface as far as I can see.

    Peaking too soon?

We haven't peaked, we are just this good and will always be this good if we keep these bhoys together.

I'm not even sure we've peaked yet. We played great at Ipox at the start of the year, improved at Hibs, weren't quite so great against Aberdeen the next week but since then we have been improving and praising the performances, wondering if it can get better, and it does. I know there's a long way to go, but for me we've gone through our bad spell for this season. I still think there's more to come from this team.

Like the majority in here I don't think we're anywhere near peaking yet.

And burn out? Barring Majstorovic everyone is in their early/mid twenties ffs. And going by the starting 11 we are playing just now the likes of Wilson, Mulgrew, Kayal, Brown, Forrest, Hooper and Samaras have all had long spells out at some point in the season, be it through injury or just not getting picked so not like they've been playing relentlessly.

The great thing with this squad is we have a genuine contender for every position, bar maybe left back, so players have to keep performing or they'll lose their spot. And if someone starts to become over confident or their form drops we can drop/rest them for a few games without weakening the side.

As for the touchline ban I doubt that will have much, if any, affect on the players. Mjallby and co don't exactly sit there and do nothing.

I don't think we have peaked, but even if we have, I think we'd all agree that Febuary was a massive month and we came through with flying colours.

Looking at the upcoming fixtures, we really shouldn't have too much trouble with March, although I won't get overly complacent.

these players didnt just aquire the ability overnight, it a change in confidence and gelling with the bhoys who were strangers and are now friends, there may be blips but there will be no burnout, too strong a squad, cmon look at the guys who cannae get a game, juarez, ki, rogne, paddy etc, we are well covered

Here's the thing Lenny will never let the squad peak he will always be striving for more.

So relax there will be no let up!

The Green Machine will roar on.:50:
