Does anyone think Foster looked suspect today, there was a few tmes wheer i thought he was going to do something daft. I know he shouldnt have really got sent off. Think it was adefo yelloow but didnt deserve a red. But theer was a few time's were i wasnt comfident with him in goal. For there goal , he should have at least attempted to stretch for the ball and also with that back pass he should have just blasted it up the field instead he went for a touch and they near got teh ball of him. TBH i dont think he's great at kicking out and he's very slow. Whats your thoughts

The major problem with him today was when he didnt clear the ball and they scum intercepted it, he was lucky he got to it before it crossed the line, i have been very suspect of him in that situation in the past, he seems to think he has all the time in the world on those occasions and he doesn't, and today he was caught out. He needs to clear the ball from the box and clear it well, which he is not exactly great at either.

Cant really blame him over the penalty today, he had to stretch out to try an redirect the ball, from the replays it looks like his arm did interfere with naismith, but that * was always gonna make the most out of it and get the penalty.

He didn't play well...first time he's had to make a few saves in a game and he plays atrocious. Still prefer him to Zaluska tho...

We def need a much better goalie asap

He was sent off it happens should have been yellow , apart from that he did nothing wrong the one when the ball is smashed back to him by Dan was * stupid and he should never have put the keeper under pressure like that .

Can't blame Forster for going for Naismith, he had to make that challenge as he was left one on one by the defence. That was the defence's fault. The other one was a shocking heavy pass back by Majstorovic, reminiscent of the one in in October.Majstorovic's fault IMO.I can't blame Forster at all.

Agree 100% but its easier for people on here to blame the keeper.

His age is against him, no doubt he is gonna be a top keeper for many years to come. But at that age, experience is invaluable.

Funny thing is, before every game he practices his kicking, (I am in line and watch it) and it is fine, good connection and distance, but during a game...not so good.

Bit unlucky today, but he has had a good number of clean sheets and I still prefer him to Zaluska.

I've never criticised Forster but I thought he could have done better with the Majstorovic pass back. He had to come out to Naismith and was just a fraction late in the end.

    I'm sure he'll bounce back.

Cant kick a ball, very slow....makes some mistakes. But apart from that he has been good.

In terms of his temperament today i thought he was outstanding. After getting red carded he didn't moan or anything, in fact he kinda waved okay to the ref. Comparing that to the wee cheatin naismith complaining all the way down the tunnel. So fair play to the big lad, hope the knock isn't serious

i cant believe some of our so called fans on here. i dont think he had that a bad game. he had a bit of a scare when jelevic charged the ball down but what a * back pass he got from big maj. their is no doubt that his kickouts are his weekness but over all he did fine he will only get better he is only young . i thought he was unlucky to conceide the penalty looking at the replays on the tv it was his face that conected with naismiths foot the little * played for it and theirs no way he should of been sent off. i honestly believe that some of you are only happy when your slagging off some of our players these types of threads are pointless you cant slag of brown, mulgrew, ledley or stokes this week so u pick on the goal keeper get a grip and get behind the bhoys .

I don't blame maj for that passback.. I felt he gave Forster enough time to deal with it and the big man seemed intent on firing it straight up the pitch rather than angling it out sideways.. I don't blame Forster much for his own sending off either..

The incident with the pass-back was poor on both parts, maj for passing the ball into the middle of the goals( players are always told if passing back that it goes to either side of the goal). Honestly think we are nit picking as the positives from the game are more worthy of greater discussion.

Mastoravic and mulgrew were more of a problem, silly back passes and letting naismith through very easily

I still think he's a good keeper. Just a bit nervous today I think I mean just with the cup tie and all against the scum buzzing around his head. Give him time, I think he'll turn out to be a class keeper for us. What did make me scared honestly is when Zaluska stepped in, he can be an absolute bombscare
