    May as well have kept Ronnie with this transfer fiasco. Should have had a defender in by now shocking backing for Brendan atm prob being promised good money to buy players if we get past Astana.

    Look see tbh, I'd rather we be thorough as possible with any deals these days as opposed to the scatter gun approach we have adopted these last few years signing mountains of * that we are now struggling to shift.

    Carnloughboy said a few weeks back on KDS and he is the only one I would trust that dembele was the 1st target and to expect 4 signings. If they are quality then some negotiation is going to take place and it will take time.

    Can't see there being any signings before the deadline. Typical Celtic. Worrying thing is that Astana are more than capable of beating us in our current state. Also if the board don't back Rodgers he is only on a rolling contract. Will he stick around and put up with their pish?

    The problem is we should have had someone else in before today. We are in dire need of a centre half and yes, we might sign one tonight - but even then they will have a few days at the club before having to play in a huge CL qualifier in Kazakhstan.

    It's * poor again from the club.

    Don't know if any truth to this but my mate has said that we are trying to sign Callum Paterson for 1.7mil,possibly Gms going to Hearts on loan as part of the deal,sounds like * to me but its a rumour.

    I don't think Paterson is as bad as some people think. Still young, can play a couple of positions. He's strong and quick, chips in with a few goals as well.

    He's better than Fisher and Janko is still to show he's better than Paterson.
