Tip for the title

Manchester United. They're special, and they're good at winning. I know it sounds a bit silly, but they simply know how to win games. They've bought some great players too, and I think they've got a good chance of dominating.
Players to look out for

I'm looking forward to seeing Ashley Young at Man United. It's a big challenge for him, but he can step up. There's also Sergio Aguero at Manchester City, and I think my old team-mate Phil Jones, who's also signed for United, has the potential to be story of the season. He'll get games because of others' injuries.


One change that would make it a better experience for fans

There could be more interaction with players, but I'm not sure what form it would take. It's hard to meet fans after the game, and you can never sign enough autographs. Whether I stick around or not depends on the result, but I definitely think players should interact more with fans.


The team I support

I'm a secret Celtic fan. I'm excited we've brought in some good players, and we played some great stuff last season. I'm a big fan of Neil Lennon, and I like the way he handled last season. Even though we didn't win the title, we made some big strides, and he's a man we can rely on. Emilio Izaguirre is an outstanding left-back, so we must keep hold of him. With another year's experience I think we'll be going for the title. I'll be up there for the Old Firm!


Earliest football memory

I watched Uncle Cyrille (Regis) play at Plough Lane against Wimbledon. I think he was playing for Coventry and he was doing really well. We were winning and someone gave him some stick. I was only seven, but I ended up staring him out for about 10 minutes.

Advice for footballers who use Twitter

As long as you understand that the whole world can see what you write, you know you cant communicate on Twitter the way you'd talk to a friend. Bear in mind you're going to be quoted. But it's a great way to interact with fans and be in contact with people who are interested in you and your career.

 

P.S i have sneaky suspicion Redknapp is letting us have Pavluchekno so he can have first dips if forrest gets sold...like pav but would hate to lose james

 

If we get Cisse on loan I will go crazy, he is a world class player and would light the SPL on fire, the only problem is I doubt we have a chance at signing him and I doubt the board has any ambition, I am so confident we wont get him that if he signs I will chop off my left nut and feed it to my cat

Also I don't think we'll be getting any loan signing. Rumours like this take off because of Twitter and they are rarely correct although some people just seem to take it as read. That said, maybe it will be one of the times Twitter is correct.

 

His words were along the lines of, "I went to a Catholic high school, and Celtic were pretty much pumped into us."
