Juarez - loan him out?

todays line up shows that jaurez dosent really have any chance of getting in the first team anytime soon, we had two of our best cm's unavailable today (brown and ki) and juarez is still on the bench, with ledley and kayal playing ahead of him. when everyone is fit he doesnt even make the bench. it is fair to say that he isnt getting a look in atm. it would be stupid to sell him for peanuts after spending about £4million on him in the summer. I think the perfect option for both parties would be to loan him out for the rest of the season to a club where he will get first team football. we can see how he does there and then decide wether to keep him or not. he could turn out to be brilliant and then he will come back like a new signing in the summer. what do you think we should do with juarez?

 

I say loan him out to a Championship side team, maybe even a bottom level EPL team would take him.

 

i think the players who are not getting a game will get a chance against berwick rangers next week i think juarez and other players like towell mulgrew and crosas should get the chance to prove themselves

 

i still think he could make a big impact this season

 

Problem with this thread, like the Player Suggestions thread, is that it makes no difference what we think. Of course we'd love Juarez to get some playing time - but it's out of our hands. Of course we'd love Murphy to be barred from ever wearing the Hoops again. But it's up to Lenny, who almost certainly isn't looking at this forum.

he cant be impressing in training, hopefully he will get a game v berwick rangers and hopefully he does well enough to earn a first team place, i liked what i saw of him at the start of te season.

 

Have to agree, yeah I would also love to see him next week.

If lenny doesnt play him next sunday against berwick then i dunno if he has a future at the club at all to be honest sad to see because he started so promisingly

 

He's a great player. Would be distraught if he never gets a chance.

 

doesnt help with him getting chucked out the mexico squad and the media saying he wants out of celtic too

 

From what i seen of him and Kayal at the start of the season for 7-8 games he would be in my first team ,im only guessing but i think something might have happened between Jaurez and maybe someone in Staff because he went right off the radar ,we were raving about him back then but a few months down the line there is a thread about him going out on loan ,not knocking it btw.

 

anyone know why Lenny doesnt like him? I mean hes a class player, you have to be decent to get into Mexico's world cup team!

 

I heard from a guy that juarez had a major fall out with lennon and may not be here long term so maybe thats why he hasnt featured
