With Frank Arnseson at the game on Tuesday he must have been impressed with Maloney and a few others. It would be a disaster if he went those creeps. That * should be banned from watching opposition players anyway after his track record of poaching. Shaun or anyone else tell them to GTF.

thats the thing it would be about 750k in jan which i cant see us agreeing to so if he leaves it will be a free in the summer. This could decide Riordens future as well he will be wanting to see Shaun go so he can get a chance.

 

Shaun should take a look at Riordan, he wouldn't get near Chelski's first team.

 

Chelsea will not buy Maloney. He may be a good player but Chelsea can buy anybody they want and im sure they will find someone better (maybe Ribery). Dont think Shaun would be stupid enough to go and sit on the bench either

 

well petrov has said to him not to move yet and stay for a couple more years,he was at the game on tuesday,he would be lieing if he said he didn't think of playing in a game like that.

 

If celtic were 2 sell maloney for £20 Mill how much of that would be spent on new players? i reckon they are better of trying to hold on to him because he is a good young player

 

Celtic wont get a penny as Maloney is a free agent at the end of the season and can talk to other clubs in january about pre contracts.

Maloney would be fair dumb to go to Chelsea

 

If Wee Shaun is daft enough or greedy enough NOT to sign the contract being offered to him (lets face it, he HAS been offered a contract and it WAS a good offer, the Celtic board are not daft) then thats up to him. I trust the board 100% after the way they've dealt with everything else recently, and if Maloney doesnt sign then it has got * ALL to do with the board not doing their job.

no..i dont think they want artur. and no, i dont think we need to worry about maloney going to chelsea

we need to worry about him going to a mid-level premiership side (villa, bolton, somebody like that). i dont think he'll leave, esp. since i think he's gonna get more playing time in the next few weeks

 

Well considering the excellent job Lawell and Co have done over the last year or so I am on their side on this one and have every faith that they are doing a good job and have offered Maloney a fair contract. I tend to agree with others that the stalling seems to be on Maloney's side.

 

I think they have Cudicini back now though.

Dont think theyd do that when its not certain we would even be playing them, maybe if the draw had been made already, who knows but?
