No because fans show support for Hillsborough due to lives being lost - which is universal across football.

The great irony that the rules which have led to the GB removal stem from Hillsborough.

GB shouldn't have to leave their seats - end of. If the club has issues with other stuff they perceive GB to do it should be met in a different way, possibly mediation.
The sad thing in my heart is the disillusion I see here amongst Celtic fans - and a lack of solidarity amongst us. We are Celtic along with the players on the pitch and we should be there for each other and have respect for one another. When I wear a Celtic top I see myself as an ambassador for Celtic and that means not acting the complete and utter bollox, even in a hot country soaked in alcohol surrounded by fit birds. We are loved abroad cos our fans spend * loads and get battered drunk but have a certain amount of respect for their fellow humans even if not part of our tribe, so don't cause any trouble. If we don't stick up for the GB we erode that sense of camaraderie that makes us special. Shouldn't that same support we offered NL be extended to the GB? I don't agree with boycotts at all but I do think writing to Celtic Plc or putting banners in support of GB is a must. How can we spit in the face of our own who've given us so much?

    I'm not picky.
Rubbish. You said a banner St Pauli fans had showing support for the Green Brigade could distract the team/fans, so it's possible (according to your logic) that the banner I posted could do the same thing.

It seems that you're saying one type of banner could "distract" a team but a different banner is ok.

    Hypocritical.

Oh I'm a moron now, what because I don't see it your way as clubs aren't allowed to display banners supporting the Green Brigade, yet when our fans fly banners of support its taken out of context,I'm sorry my moronic views don't reach your levels of intelligence :icon_mrgreen:

Rigleybhoy, I agree with most of your posts and AFAIK this is the first time I've agreed with Glasgow_Bhoy88; but he's right: that's not what he said in that post at all. You need to read it again. Sorry, mate.

Yes, you're right, that is what you meant; but he's not a moron at all. Everyone misunderstands posts occasionally.
