Using caps makes your argument more valid.

I use the GB's statement as confirmation that the club has directed this at them.

the GB have * it up for everybody in that section,I think that their selfish actions in ignoring warnings has led to the club taking this stance. I liked some of the GB singing and their displays are top class. But FFS this is a situation that they can never win and burying their heads in the sand and blaming everyone but themselves only weakens their argument.I hope some kind of agreement can be found and the people in 111 can keep their seats GB included and we can get back to concentrating on the football.

Can anyone define 'lateral movement' for me? Are they talking about the whole crowd doing the huddle? It sounds a bit ridiculous to me. The were warned about flares - fair play, I understand the risk in that one, but the other stuff in the Celtic statement sounds like a bit of a whitewash using H&S as an excuse. I'd like to know how many complaints about the GB the club has received - I'd imagine very few, especially about the things In The statement. I think it's a travesty to be honest. I don't get to many games due to living in London but I'm proud of the GB and what they bring us. Celtic football club have my allegiance till the day I die, but the Celtic board have earned my wrath on this one. It seems petty and driven by bureaucracy in higher places - if I was a conspiracist like some I could point the the finger at the council and shriek orange agenda but I actually thinks it internal politics which is ridiculous when we have bigger things to worry about such as the ever decreasing league size and the economy of scale it carries with it.

Lateral movement is when they all bounce to the right then the left then the right. They all jump along about 15ft right, then about 30ft left then 30ft right along to the side, when they're doing it they block off the stairs as they go into other rows and the stewards get stuck in the middle :smiley-laughing002:

It looks class but its quite obvious that stewards and polis would be raging at it because they're getting caught up in it. And they cant really pick anyone out or do anytthing as theres about 300-400 doing it.

They should just stop the lateral movement. It's not that great to watch anyway so I don't see why they can't just not do it. The flags and singing is good enough to create an atmosphere, there is literally no point in doing something like lateral movement just because they know it * off the club. I like the GB most of the time but they are not bigger than the club. And the whistling thing they're doing now is just annoying. I think they will be back eventually however.
