I would be confident with that team getting 3 points at Ibrox. Got everything you need. The grit and determination from the 3 midfielder's, the flair from the 2 wingers, goals from Hooper and if the two fullbacks can hold there positions defensively a very tough back-line imo.

 

With Ki and Cha out of the equation now:

I'd rather Hooiveld than Rogne..

Other than that I think tomorrow's game will determine at least 3 other places..

I'd say that Wilson , Brown , Kayal , Forrest would all be in contention to play the huns if they feature at any point tomorrow..

Stokes hasn't really kicked a ball since the start of the St Mirren game..

Reasons for this being i think thats our strongest defence at the moment.

We need to win the midfield battle so play 3players with great energy

Mccourt with the flair and trickery to destroy Mcculloch in there

Upfront obviously hooper as hes a goal machine and I noticed Bougherra is good at defending fast strikers but struggles with big physical ones, so Murphy is given the nod for me, wish we still had big Jan

Think Kayal shouldnt be in, edited it mate, it would have been a great team though

 

Play them at there own game with 5 across the middle but that ^ there can defend but more importantly attack in numbers if needed ,i would go with that ,or at least start with it but i would want McCourt on from the start.

 

mccourt wont start hes too lightweight for rangers. we need to pack the midfield a would play murphy out wide then he could float about on the left and behind hooper. we need strengh for this game as last game showed we got push about and mccourt showed he shat it last time when he got tackled

This team assumes Forrest and Kayal come back in and look solid enough.

Midfield is absolutely crucial. Would be tempted to play Juarez at right mid for a bit more defensive cover and strength however he hasnt looked the part so far this season and forrest has been on fire.

 

McCourt shat nothing mate ,he got what 20 mins as a sub to change a dire team performance around ,he isnt a one man show ,for curiosity reasons i really think Paddy should play from the start ,they know what he is capable of and it gives them something to think about.

McCourt is a different player when he starts the game as to coming on with 15-20 mins to go ,personally i would go with him in that midfield of 5 players.
