There was rumours about him going down to 'Boro with Mowbray but they never materialised, he's still here.

I have no idea if anyone else left.

OK Doc,almost 8 hrs ago you posted your question, but 8 hrs later, no reasons. Were you a bit bored. Can't get out with all this White stuff and thought 'now we've done most things to death, I know I'll set a hare running with a tasty we question!'

Do you actually have any reasons or are we now well and truly into 'He's behind you!' season?

Y`all wont credit this, but an insider told me that Lennon and Co. put names of the players that are fit into a biscuit tin, that is a different one from the one seldom used for signing good players.

I think the players do. at the half-time of the ICT game, supposedly the players wanted a shift to 4-4-2. Lennon let them.:38:

C'mon tae f*€k, does Lennon look like a yes man? He put his neck on the line taking the job because he loves everything about the club, probably knowing there was no cash to spend unless he sells players.

The players said they were uncomfortable with the formation, meaning they weren't sure exactly what their roles were, I take it.

That doesn't mean the players are controlling the line-up's or formation, I think it's a good thing that our manager takes the players opinions on board.

He did say it was a few players, not just one player feeling uncomfortable. Personally, I feel that was Lennon's excuse, as he knows that he called it wrong in regards to totally changing the formation.

Look I am sorry if you think I have kept you and others dangling. I never start a thread without plausible reasons or suspicions. I was wanting to wait a decent time for other poster's observations and comments, and I do have a life outside of this forum as I sure you have too.I have already posted one of my observations that have given rise to my suspicions.
I'll move on a bit now.

Who or what is causing Efrain Juarez to no longer figure in the team ?
Why would one of Lennon's top signings suddenly dissapear from the radar, especially with the enforced absences of Biram Kayal and Scott Brown. And what is causing all the erratic team selections and team formations to appear week in and week out.? It dozen't sound like that is the settled will of the manager. Is someone else interfering in team selections and formations, and is that what is causing the inconsistency of our team. ? Could there be a secret mentor in place already who is calling the shots already ? And again we have the strange case of why Lennon has suddenly stopped playing Stokes and started playing Murphy, and even when Stokes plays, he is always the first whipping boy to come off the field to be subbed, never Gary Hooper. Could it be some of the players were signed by Lennon and the rest by another as yet unknown person ? And this disparity has caused friction at the club between Lennon and the directorship.

I know this is all conjecture at the moment, but I have my growing feelings and suspicions that Lennon does not have an entirely free hand at Parkhead, and there could well be some kind of internal power struggle going on behind the scenes, with both Lennon and the unknown person, scoring points off each other, with the end result that team performances are suffering, team harmony is being eroded, and results are starting to nosedive.

I have my growing suspicions as these strange factors are beginning to stack up.

i suspect the board members have an unhealthy influence in who plays.theres no way lenny would have had MAF startin every game if he knew he was to be sold,as for samaras and loovens-lenny knows they are pish, they can only be getting a jersey to keep a decent resale value on them, also feel lenny would have agreed to virtually any terms to get the job of his dreams, and this board are known for their cloak and dagger moves.remember bobo and a few others were given a wee leaving bonus as long as they signed a confidentiality agreement?*!

    O

Goodness me..you should be writing for the Daily Record with an imagination like that bud!

Seriously though, to suggest Lennon is this 'puppet', or 'yes man' is to undoubtedly question the mans character!
