absolutely 100% not embarressed at all.

I hope the club do not back away from this and all respect to NL and his staff to bringing it up again and again. If the referees had nothing to hide they would not have taken this strike action (imho).

The club needs to go to the end on this.

 

mate if you hae the record? have a wee gander at the phone in part in the sport pages! the past week or so iv read one or two say that. the the real radio phone in and also the medium wave 810 phone in iv heard one or two say this too. its a joke and im in a * mood the day after haveing a fall out with ma mate aswell. so expect a few cheeky posts by me somewhere in here tonight lol

These 'embarrassed' Celtic fans are yet more proof of the twisted media putting a spin on the situation to create an agenda against us.

I do not know one single Celtic fan who is embarrassed by the actions of our club.

However, I do know a lot of Celtic fans who are disgusted with the SFA.

Could very easily be non-Celtic fans trying to use the anonymity to put Celtic down. There is no proof that these people on the phone ins are Celtic fans. Also, it's a well known fact that these phone ins are carefully edited and only certain types of calls get through.

 

I am sick and tired of this too, even if a section of our support does something I totally disagree with, that is their opinion and it will likely not reflect the opinion of the club. I will NEVER be embarrassed to be a Celtic supporter because of what some individuals in our fanbase may do. If some idiot wants to label all of us on the basis of what a small group of individuals may do, then that's their problem. Regarding the refereeing "crisis", whether or not this bias exists (I don't believe it exists on the level some people do), the referee's are * anyway, it's * obvious. I do not see how you defend the referee's over Celtic football club, especially being a celtic supporter?! Then you call yourself embarrassed to be a supporter? You should concentrate more on what the club means to yourself, rather than other supporters.

 

correct minty this could be? be we arent going to know though wich is another reason to crack up. there will always be * out there who are fans that say idiotic things like this! and there will be others who will tend to be on the wind up to do(as you say) put a cheap attack on the club.

I'm 24 years old, season book holder for 12 years now, and at this exact moment in time, not taking into account on field successes, like stopping ten in a row, the road to seville, DEMOLITION DERBY!!! (that.....is.....sensational!!") etc, right now I do not think I could be any prouder to be a Celtic fan. I must congratulate the club for the direction they are taking this fight, and let's face it, it is a fight, to the SFA.

I don't think there are any Celtic fans embarrassed with the club, on the contrary we are all very pleased that they have the SFA and the Masonic refs by the short and curlies.

I have yet to speak to a celtic fan who is embarssed by what the club is rightly contesting. The SFA and others continue to try silence our club because they are scared, this issue could have been sorted out years ago but like the SFA do with everything to do with Scottish football and kid themselves on that its fine.

How many more embarrasing episodes do they need before they change things.

I don't know any Celtic fan that is embarrassed by the club.

I stopped reading and listening to those phone-ins a long time ago as it was so obvious just how fake they were.

We all know our concerns are valid it's about time the rest of the world know too.

Anybody go on the bbc forum and I am pretty sure you will see just how much hatred there is for celtic. We are being called paranoid, huh, you would think Celtic are the only ones to complain about the decisions. I replied to a Hearts fan who said Celtic are the only ones to blame and quoted the Hearts rant recently about transparency with refs and the fact that even way back in 2005 Hearts complained about a last minute penalty awarded to Ran*ers and they refused to show my reply on their forum. It seems to me the dice is loaded and we are going nowhere fast.
