So the only place for politics is London?

In which case, why do supporters where strips when not supporting their club or playing football?

Your logic is * up, politics is a major part in EVERYTHING! literally everything.

    * * man. If it is about illegal wars they could have done it any time. Very disrespectful to do it now. They knew what they were doing.

Give over man. You know what I mean. Go and protest somewhere worthwhile and more relevant. It's not * up at all. It's fair. It doesn't belong in CP

I ask a question! Its IRONIC that you support a team that was MADE for JUSTICE and support tyranny?

    Thats what I ask!

You need to learn the definition of a question.

So you agree with it? knowing that it is disrespectful. Well done. Some of you have just shown your colours.

    Exactly.

politics just brings civil war among our fans. That is what its been like recently. I think people need to accept that (contrary to people who think there is a set of views that are the Celtic way) politics divides us. What unites us is the football and our football history. Lets stick to that and leave protests and spouting about political history for elsewhere.

celtic have not brought politics into the ground,as individuals every1 has the right to wear a poppy or not ,they arent forcing players to wear them.
celtic fc is not a platform for large groups to air their political views tainting all inside the ground ,while i understand the sentiments to wot the banner is saying ,in the countries eyes the poppy is a symbol to soldiers who fought and died in all wars ,i wonder if this has been done for the reason stated on the banner or for tv coverage for the gb ,my reasoning behind this thought is this could be done in some sort of street march or peaceful demonstration anywhere else.

two years ago about 100 idiots from the green brigade stood up and left and were roundly booed by least 75% of the support around me.To my mind that is how most people feel about this crap.I go to support the celtic not air my political beliefs.
