    Celtic clarify injury situation

James Forrest is making good progress from his ankle injury and the club are hopeful that he will train at some point in the following week.

This is from 5 days ago, so he should be training within a week.

Looked a class act for someone so young, if he's good enough, he's old enough, get him in.

    I hope he will start.

His energy and enthusiasm will be ideal for the Rangers game imo. :50:

I hope so..with wee Forrest, Maloney and Paddy all on the pitch at the same time the Huns wouldnt know what to do with themselves, they all 3 have such unique yet effective styles.

I've been a bit worried about that, we seem to be getting rather a lot of injuries, it was the same last season. I wonder if our medical staff aren't up to standard, when Brown got injured the report said it was a result of an ankle problem which had 'gone unoticed by medical staff',.
Maybe they aren't doing their jobs properly?

I wouldn't throw him into his first old firm game coming off injury, it's too important a game for anyone to be playing with the slightest question mark over their fitness.

I'm also a bit concerned people are building Forrest up too much, yes he had a really good start to the season but it's still early, lets not get carried away with the guy or put too much pressure on him.
