We should be under no illusions when it comes to looking at this group. United are a class act, as well as Benfica being a pretty * good team in the past few seasons. Also, Copenhagen will be no mugs either.

 

LoL, what * difference does it make what talent the other teams have, if your own team is good, and its OBVIOUS to use a word murdered by Tosh Mckinlay, that Celtic have been and are lacking CL class players, now having said that, JVoH looks the part, lets hope the left back is capable, but thats an unknown as of today, two places I feel we have to strengthen immediately if not sooner, are a partner for McManus, because Caldwell is scary getting, just like Balde is very scary, and we I think need a class goalie back up, I dont think Marshall is good enough, oh sure once in a while he might be, but consistancy is a must!

 

dont be so * hubert .. ive seen a few of your posts and well .. all ya do is criticise celtic if im honest .. if its not boruc its balde etc etc... theres always something u have to have a dig at.

Benifica have a great defence and simao he is good we have got to look out for him he can play on the wing midfield or a striker

yes copenhagen are good side,yes it will be a tough game but celtic football club should be disposing of such opponents with relative ease they aren't in a bigger league they don't have a bigger budget they ain't half the club cetic is.the only thing stopping us is our own own mentality

i am and in no doubt benfica should and will be a completely proposition,we must be strong in midfiled agrressive and have pace on the counter,our players must be on the top of there game if we are to gain anything from them.But the quality is there.

Madtim I wasnt against your topic, there are other post in this thread, I merely feel that it doesnt matter what the opposition have providing we can at least come close to the talent they have, then its up to the coach and team on a given day, that was my point!

 

Man Utd (Strong but not unbeatable by any means. Brown, O'Shea, Fletcher, Richardson etc show that their squad is thin. And without van Nistelrooy I think they will lack an edge in the CL. They have a poor away record in recent years too. Anything against them will stand us in good stead.)

Benfica (3rd best team in Portugal and they don't travel well. A good home win against them will put us in strong position in the group and put huge pressure on them in the return in Lisbon. And I will be there to see it!)

Copenhagen: (Weakest team in whole CL. 6 points are expected from me.)

Just to correct, We, FCK have sold Alvaro Santos to french club Sochaux so he won't be playing. Guess the players with the * to their name is our youth squad... You won't be seeing any of them...

No team will be easy and Copenhagen are happy that teams are under estimating them.

 

I don't understand how so many of us are very confident of beating Copenhagen. We can very easily fall to anyone as we've seen in the past few years (Basle, Art Media, etc) but playing to our best, yes we can beat any of them but for sure, it won;t be an easy ride against anyone!

I´m from Denmark and i saw that one of you didn´t know Linderoth. He is the best player in scandinavia (some may say its groenkjaer). There is a voting in a FCK fan site http://sidelinien.dk/forums/showthread.php?t=24543, about you want Linderoth or Gravesen. Only 6 out of 46 would have Gravesen instead of Linderoth. You will understand when you see him in a match.

Don´t underestimate FCK. They could also be called FC Scandinavia because they buys all the best scandinavian profiles they wants and is one of the ten wealthiest clubs in the world!

 

What is their gross income per season?
