Flight 93

Did anyone watch that last night? Was pretty good.

I never knew the penagon got it. Is the pentagon in new york or washington? Does anyone know what building the 4th plane was planning to hit? Was it the white house?

From the trajectory I think that's what they figured. As far as I know the whitehouse has missile defences though so it's unlikely it would have managed to hit it.

 

Pentagon is technically in Arlington County, Virginia, across the Potomac river from Washington, D.C.

It wasnt....the passengers attacked the hijackers and they just put it down

 

I don't think the 4th plane was shot down, the passengers fought back and the plane crashed in a field somewhere.

 

it wasnt. saw a programme where they interviewed powerful americans, such as the guy who is in charge of US air space and condoleezza rice and bush's chief of staff. none of them knew anything of the 9/11 attacks before they happened, didnt know how many had been hijacked or which ones had crashed/were still flying.

the military never knew where any of the planes were at all as they flew too low for accurate radar, and had turned off the instrument that gives its position to the air traffic controllers. when the plane crashed the nearest f-16 was 15 minutes away, all but two were sent out to the atlantic coast under cold war protocals, the two that were in america were over NYC.

plus they spoke to a wife of one of the passengers and a mother of another passenger, both of them said that their husband/son claimed that the people on the plane were planning to take control themselves after finding out about the twin towers.
