    hey, just mentioned in a post in another thread that i thought Adam Virgo was the worst player iv ever seen playing for celtic. just thought it would be interesting to know your thoughts and opinions on the worst player you'v seen in the hoops. iv been wathing celtic for 18 years btw

    haha actually forgot all about him! yeah he was terrible particuarly when you think of money spent on him but virgo still worse imo he has absolutley no ability what so ever, he doesnt even look like a football player!!!!

    Virgo played once in his natural position (centre-half) and he got MOTM at Motherwell. He has had personal troubles too. If he is the worst player ever then we're not doing to badly.

    Don't write Virgo off. If you remember Alan Stubbs' first season at Celtic no one was too keen on him either. Big Virgo played about 2 games in his real position last season which is centre-half and in one of the (against Motherwell at Fir Park) he was man of the match by a mile and had the fans singing his name.

    Give the big man a break!

    Hey, if you can judge a player's ability over 2 matches then you should maybe be a scout.

    I dont see how anyone can judge a player on 2 appearances
