Someone made a thread on him last week but I feel it was closed a wee bit hastily and without warning. Fair enough it might have went a wee bit off topic.

Can anyone clear up or shed some more light on these rumours that hes taking the * out of us? Not training with us, playing Sunday league and on the bevvy?

After all TB did for him.

So your a Mod now ,it was closed due to having an OP of the lad and two and a half pages of off topic posting out of 3 pages ,if this goes the same way it will be closed .

I heard the players head had swelled due to him bragging about playing for Celtic and is fond of the nightclubs but nothing concrete but with Celtic playing some youngsters in America and other friendlies you wonder why he is not part of it .

What nightclubs, he is only about 15, lack of a professional contract as he is too young may be a reason for not a part of it, even though its a friendly, going to america would prob require a working visa which he wouldnt get at that age. plus you need a passport, he been here for 5 years?

Im not a qualified moderator no, mate. Just a lay persons opinion. A warning before the thread was closed would have worked imo. I don't think I even got a chance to post in it.

He sounds like an arrogant wee * tbh.

Yeah your right about his age he is 15 but thats what is going around ,maybe a weans disco :icon_mrgreen: but he has made the Scotlands under 17s and is susposed to be an outstanding prospect by all accounts so anything that is going about - about him i hope for his sake is untrue ,he hasnt made it yet and this is his time to dig in and win a contract ,how manay times have we seen players at 16-17 years old and thought he will do well and go backwards ,hope he knuckles down and does the business.:50:

He will defo be on a pre contract but we wont see him untill next year. I dont think he came here more than 5 years ago either more like three or four, so he will be eligible for scotland as no doubt he has indefinite leave to remain but he will not get a passport for a while and will not be allowed to leave the UK (or return if he leaves) I remember that from my Persian ex she was classed a citizen but had to wait another two years after that for a passport.

Yeah at 15 he's not exactly going to be prowling nightclubs and getting served drink (unless he has a fake ID). Then again, all he'd have to do is get somebody who does have an ID to go in and get served for him, then put the drink in a different bottle and go to some * under-18's club. Either way, if he's completely serious about being a great player one day, then he has to be careful about all this, if it's even true. Could be a great guy who's a real professional.

if he lets it go * up i will be extremely offended.

tommy burns worked hard to make sure his family could stay here, the wee man should keep that in mind before he puts on his boots to play in sunday league game.

and as for drink, i thought he was muslim.

TBH I think if he was playing sunday league without club consent something would be done about it. it could very well be they have allowed it over the close season as he couldnt travel out of the country with the team.

Let's keep in mind - this is all rumours. Don't be too quick to judge.

He's not been at Celtic for a while. I played against Celtic 17s in April and the coaches said he hadn't been in touch with them for weeks.

From what I gather from the rumours, he was playing for a Sunday league team, fell out with the club about it and left.

If the rumours are true - and they could be totally off base - then the lad must be an arrogant wee * and I don't class it as a big loss.

But I think it's completely ridiculous to be bringing up Tommy on this, the lads family are refugees ffs, there's more important things than football in the world.

TB done well for the lad and stuff having seen him play and played against him i can tell you he will be nowhere near the first team. possibly ever.

He looked excellent when he played for Scotland u17.

Even the English commentators were raving about him.

Would'nt be suprised if the English clubs were sniffing about...

On the Celtic website today he has been called up to play for Scotland again. Celtic wouldn't be reporting it if he wasn't at the club still
