50 goals in that many apperances for a struggling team is a fantastic return fair enough like one person mentioned one of those stints was in league one but still a return like that anywere is still respectable to me.

i think why some fans are happy with him is because we are finally getting used to the fact that we can't attract keanes or bellamys on a full time basis, and it aint so much about settling for second best with Hooper i think the excitment about him signing is coming from the fact that he is 22 and scored that many goals for a bad team.

so hopefully Hooper is a great success he ends up with loads of good will puns in the headlines due to his surname and with the right service from out midfield bangs a steady 15 goals in his first season (just to alteast settle him in) anything more right now from him i would say is a * great season for him personally coming to a clubs with such a expection on the whole season and us as the fans relying on him to give it to us by scoring the goals and also coping with the pressure from the lenny himself.

Nope. He is just here to have a look around.
He'll be back next week to see some other places at Celtic Park, and then he'll be away for vacation for a few week. In the middle of August he will have a wedding. Then at the last day at the transfer deadline he will be here for the third time, just to realize we can't pay £75k in wages, and the deal will fall through.

But I could be wrong, of course.

sadly don't think he is eligable for wednesday and won't be till or even if we get to the group stage, although i may be wrong about not being able to play in the next round if we get past Braga first that is.
