La Vita e Bella (Life is Beautiful) - one of the few movies that actually made me cry, amazing and beautiful at the same time.

13 Tzameti - very intense movie, highly recommend it if you can tolerate the french subtitles

    American History X

Departures - came in expecting a certain type of movie and was blown away with what it turned out to be. great movie.

Promises - very interesting documentary centered around children in Israel and Palestine. the documentary basically asks kids questions and take's their perspectives on their country's conflicts. they are much more open minded and have very interesting yet, differing views on subjects.

Aye, when the dog died, I cried. Was having a * day and that just tipped me over the edge!! Forrest gump- everyone he knows dies! It's sad, but has been ages since I watched it and would have been quite young.

Discounting documentaries or movies that are based almost completely on real events covered in documentaries (like Hotel Rwanda)...

    It's A Wonderful Life

Requiem for a Dream (incredibly depressing)

    The Green Mile

    Million Dollar Baby

I've actually never seen that film. It's probably like the most famous * ever made but I've never seen it. What a sheltered life I've lead :56:
