The High(s?) and Lows of Mowbray's tenure

wrong, i had the vision to see this was a * disaster in the making, i was ridiculed for my views, but i said i would give him my support, which i did, but i am angry about how this was allowed to happen,

 

I think we need to give this a week or two before we can answer this question properly. We need for a little bit of time to pass, to have a game or 2 to pass & to place a little distance and then reflect back on his tenure. At the moment too many are still steaming over the abysmal showing last night.

 

highs: Moscow win, keane, pre season and first few spl games (we were dominant, shame it turned out like it did), his departure

lows: most spl games, most european games, cup exit, skippy leaving

 

High: Dynamo Moscow away really gave me hope, what a wonderful performance that was and what a long time ago it seems.

There were always a few of us on here who have been against mowbray from the start, I wanted Slaven Bilic and I rememmber that almost everyone on here was mocking people who didnt want TM.

 

no such thing as being a 'better fan' than anyone else mate.

 

The first few games [friendlies i know ] but i was optimistic looking at the way they were playing but it was shattered within a month .

 

Highs: Pre-Season, Away win in Moscow, Keane signing (although it wasn't Mowbray's).

Lows: The rest, sadly.

 

Highs - Winning away in Moscow and the first 45mins of the first league game of the season(3-0 up and playing fantastic stuff).

Lows - Tel Aviv. Edu's goal. Last night.

 

yep, you are right buddy, at last, someone honest and realistic, and i would have been fairly happy with your choice also, he has charisma and toughness, although i wanted a big name who had done it at the top level, hopefully we will get that this time

 

Highs - Moscow away + first few games of season.

Lows - September > March (excluding Aberdeen at home , that was a wonderful performance to be fair)

 

Quite a strange highlight here even though we didn't beat them the way we out classed Rangers in the first two OF games left me feeling really positive...

Low point selling Donati who I thought looked like a worldy and would revel under Mogga

 

1st league game aberdeen away - football played was really good, when mcgeady scored, thought the season was definately ours

 

The full pre-season was brilliant, we beat everyone near enough haha and the Wembley cup was magic too.

Beating Dinamo Moscow away was a good one too.

Keane signing certainly got some hopes up.

Lows - 13 losses 9 draws with wins only just beating the combined total of both they numbers

Getting beat by Hearts at Celtic Park and getting put out the LeagueCup

1 point in three Old Firm games...

4-0 Gubbing by St Mirren

 

Highs: 2-0 away at Moscow. Loovens' last-minute winner against the Diet-Huns. Fortune vs Motherwell.

Lows: selling Donati

 

highs - pre-season, moscow away and i have to say the i really enjoyed being at the motherwell and st johnstone away games as well ashome to aberdeen. All 3 were great performances and atmospheres and it was a shame mowbray couldn't get his level consistently (didnt help that he changed the team every week and rarely played crosas more than 2 games in a row.)

lows - pretty much everything else

 

Highs: Rapid Vienna 3 celtic 3 ,Moscow,Keane and the celtic fans at the emirates

Low:Mcdonald being sold,losing the league getting put out the csi cup by hearts,crap referees and Lennon getting the cold shoulder.
