    im looking to send some files,, probably albums to start with, to a friend, i want to upload them to a site like rappidshare, and then send them the link...advice please..free if possible..tnx:50:

    You can get a free account at Adrive.com which holds up to 50gb of data. Make the album a RAR file first because if you don't you will have to seperately share each file within the folder. just send them a link to the shared file and they can download. You can also control when to share/unshare files.
    Make sure the email is valid.. dont have to be too accurate with any other details:86:

    I haven't used for albums but has a fair upload speed although it doesn't max me out... would say about 60 - 80kbps... download speed is about 200 Kbps. These estimates mate I never really take a lot of notice of it.

    Quite a restriction in the one you are trying mate ..Upload up to 25 files of any type, under 300MB each

    You could check out dropbox. It comes with 2gb free space and the option to buy more. You could set up a shared folder and then they can either download the files from the web or set up dropbox themselves and it will automatically sync the folders.
