I think Celtic should switch to a 4-3-3. We could have Maloney, McGeady and Magic up top:

    Boruc

    Wilson Balde McManus Left Back

    Naka Keane M.Petrov

    Maloney Magic McGeady

Anyone think this is a good idea?

This looks pretty good to me, what about Pearson as a stop gap at left back, i think he could do a job there or buying in someone for around 2 Million like Ricardo Gardner from Bolton at left back, he has impressed me this season. We don't need anymore 30+ signings from superpowers like Southamton, Leicester and poor players from Brighton. Premiership players only please GS.

I like these 2 players, i just think they will cost 5 million+ and don't think the wages would fit.

We need to try something new. Our game is pretty flat. I still think there is to much long ball being played making excuses to field players such as Dublin.

Teams know exactly how we play our game and can easliy shut us down. its almost as if everytime we get the ball we have a set amount of approaches we will try and if foiled nothing really happens. It all feels a little stale to me at the moment and im hoping we can start being a little creative in furture. If 4-3-3 gave us that oppertunity then try it.

We should have been experimenting with all this now while we have nothing to play for , but nope we have been playing the same squad with all the oldies and tested nothing. oh well at least Dublin gets his medal. For what i dont know but there you go thats football

Anything that see lennon dropped and nakamura playing centre isnt a bad idea.

4-3-3 would suit the players we currently have. Maloney, Nakamura, Beattie, and McGeady all come in off the flanks with great affect. It also gives us greater flexibility in that we can have 5 across midfield or a diamond which can use the likes of McGeady of Nakamura in the hole as a playmaker.

    Boruc
Wilson New CB New CB New LB
    New mid Keane Maloney
    Beattie Zurawski McGeady/Nakamura

How can you even compare the 2, also - nakamura is a centre midfield playing him was a forward wouldnt do much.

Both of them are central midfielders who there manager doesn't trust to play in the middle therefore plays them in a wide position, not very uncommon nowadays (Ronaldinho at Barca, Cole at Chelski), either defensive or box to box players in the middle, creativity from wide positions. In a 4-3-3 they could drop deep into a more central role when we were in possession
