Celtic Underground Twitter saying that Peter Grant is about to leave to rejoin Alan Pardew in management at Southampton....the first and last to leave the present management team or could there be more??

Heard that too earlier today. My fear is that it may be just the beggining of clearout. And if that happens we're seriously *.

By the way, was it Grant who was mentioning bananas in that ridiculous interview? Or was it Venus?

It was Mark Venus I think :56:

A guy on MTH has just posted that Mogga and Grant have both resigned.

I'v been very disappointed with Grant so far. I thought with him being such a big Celtic man that he'd be out there giving it his all from the dug-out like Lennon, haven't seen that at all.

Well done? If any part of the coaching team aren't doing a good enough job, then they should go.

If I was a driving instructor and wasn't good at driving I wouldn't be surprised to get sacked, so why should it be different for this coaching team who have failed to deliver?

I doubt anyone genuinely 'hates' Mowbray. Most likely don't believe he is the man to take Celtic forward not only in the SPL but in Europe too.

I agree. The 2 million plus all the money spent on transfers and wages on his players is high; so letting him go after half a season is tough to believe......

The board won't start judging TM until the first game of next season.....

    Grand old team
The BOARD have a lot to answer for - Keane was brought into fill the Empty seats, Bang goes the budget for the 2 Central Defenders we needed. this was a Desmond and Lawwell signing to take the pressure off them and Mowbray, was all for giving him time....but am sick to the back teeth of losing and drawing games....enough is enough it cant go on. once again this board has let us down. if we spent last january 7 points ahead we would have been in th champions league and cash from it...now another barren year.....wanted for Gross Mis-management and a Balance sheet crazy board.

Nonsense, the board have supplied Mowbray a very decent enough transfer budget over the last 2 windows, we clearly have the biggest and best squad, and Mugga has failed to deliver the goods.

no m8 thats nonsense , we only have that great sqaud your talking about because off mogga and to say hes failed to deliver the goods after only having that squad since january is daft , IF moggas here next year thats the time to judge if hes delivered or not whens hes got his OWN team to work with for more than a * month. Plus mogga wont be up against smith next year * be up against mc coist whos got no managerial experience to speak off bar being 2nd string to smith , plus hes already had a bust with one of his players this year (miller)
