Well when Hoovield and Loovens have played together (Vs Hamilton) clean sheet. Away to Killie there goal Hoovield was picking the scorer up but he had pulled his Hamstring so was in no fit state to make a tackle.

celtics board isnt to blaime, they genuinly thought bringing mowbray in would improve us, they were wrong, its time to admit it and find someone else, its that simple.

Reid is a celtic diehard and has celtics best interests at heart, lawwell is brilliant at what he does and has been brilliant for celtic, and we need desmonds financial muscle.

Its the manager, i just wish people would accept it, if this was jim jeffreys in charge of us he would have been sacked months ago.

Excuse after excuse after excuse

I'm out of this thread, i'll tell you what you can all sit back and watch us throw away as many pts as you like due to a terrible manager. :bbpd:

Defending that shocking excuse for a team.

Had a bad feeling about the game today.
Firstly the media spin it so that McGhee & Aberdeen come under increased pressure to field & play to their full strengths.
Our defence is a total shambles, although the back 4 had never played together before, you would have expected a bit more from them.

Personally of all our defenders, only Big Jos & Hinkel impress me, not convinced about Loovens, Braffheid or Thompson yet.
Caddis is a great squad player to have, but from what I've seen from O'Dea since he's come back, time to move on.

Come summer we need to buy a couple of no non-sense centre halves, guys with the right mentality to be at Celtic, ball winners who won't shirk out of tackles or be afraid to boot the ball into row Z, & sometimes an opposing striker.

We badly need winners back at the club.

i will blame mowbray for this defeat, his stupid subs, the guy just seems clueless, and im also really sick of everytime the camera goes to our bench, that * and his staff are standing staring into space with no idea what to do. strachan would have been out screaming at the team, as would lennon. him venus and grant can all * off, lennon should stand in til end of season, least that way he would demand the team to have some fight on the park

    Here the whole time
full strength back line? he doesn't even know what his defence should be he has chopped and changed it week in week out since he started the job.what else have we got to come in loovens? pish.rogne 19 year old rookie or hooiveld,we've only seen him once and that was against hamilton so who knows what to expect really but if he's on a par with his other signings there may be trouble ahead.

Mowbray has bought 1 possible decent defender who is unproven. no one else is there.

The reason the board are at fault is because why was the boat pushed out for say Ramis, Curtis Davies etc during the window.
