If you want to sing at the games and are not happy with where you are then move to a bit where people do sing. We were going mental for the full game yesterday singing like * with tops off and everything. It's up to you to change things atmosphere wise, nobody else.

Going to the football with your mates and singing like * in support of your team regardless of what way people look at you is what it's all about.

Oh and 36,000 people showing up for a game against Hamilton in the freezing cold in a diddy league? That's an excellent attendance in my opinion.

It's only since the mid nineties that it's been the norm for the crowd to top 60,000 every other week.

A generation of younger fans have been missed due to being priced out. The attendances will continue to drop in my opinion unless some drastic changes are made both on and off the field.

today's derby for chelsea and fulham drew only a crowd of 41,000, thought it would help put our numbers in perspective

i'll be at the OF game next week, and i got my ticket on the merit of going to every home and away game. Which i go to not because of OF x4 a year, but because I'm lucky enough to be in a position to go to the games. My wife died last year, and going back to parkhead has given me the life moves on understanding. Before i joined a csc i went to games where the home attendence was 58,500 (last year) Yeah right... was quite annoying seeing so many empty seats, not because the people who bought them didn't go, thats their perogative. What i did was turn up and look out for the tickets held aloft. Bought for face value. And no internet handling fee. Good seats too. I totally respect those who travel from far and wide, and bad weather does affect them, but those who decide to stay in the pub, just around the corner from CP.... I missed too many games when i lived across the pond. Got a lot of catch up to do. Hail Hail

It's a two-way thing, when the team are playing well and entertaining us I think the supporters respond by singing and shouting, however some of this season's team performances have been less than inspiring, so it becomes more difficult for the fans to get involved.

The opponents can also influence our behavour, against the Huns we totally united and determine to drown out any Hun singing at Celtic Park, we don't have to raise our game when the likes of Hamilton or St Johnstone come calling.

I think it's great to see the likes of the Jungle Bhoys and Green Brigade attempting to stir up the atmostphere within the stadium on match days, I'm just sorry that sometimes the Celtic Stewards and the Glasgow police seem to want to spoil the party.

Purely because of the weather mate. That was the second game i've missed all season, and i made sure i gave my ticket to someone else.

I don't see why most people don't do that. like if they are not going give the ticket too a friend or relative, makes sense if you ask me.
