I'd recommend using utorrent to manage torrent files, not limewire. The gnutella network has alot of problems tbh

Could you send me the torrent control file in a zip, i dont want to sign up to that site :icon_mrgreen:

 

There's just one thing with it. If you use steam I don't know if you'd have any problems with it. You can always delete it again if you had any issues I suppose.

I use the CD when I load the game and it worked perfectly for me though.

 

I'm not sure if you can use utorrent on it or not. When you download the initial file it automatically redirects you to Limewire then downloads the torrent. I had absolutely no problems with it whatsoever.

EDIT: I don't think you have to sign up to the site to download it. I think it gives you a couple of freebie downloads before you have to sign up.

 

Its a torrent file, basically you have your windows to automatically run limewire when the control file is opened, I have utorrent.

When I say problems, I'm not talking about the ability to download. At the very least, I'd turn off the supernode function in the limewire software. I dont think you want a court case with your hard drive as exhibit A. :icon_mrgreen:

I got the torrent file off btjunkie anyways. Thanks for bring it to attention anyways. That site kept telling me that I exceeded my quota despite me never using it before!

 

Well the initial file is called a 'Limewire torrent file'. I can stick it in a zip folder and send it to you if you want if you think you can download it using utorrent.

Well just started another game as I couldn't get into my first Metz game and my Dortmund game...

Went Metz again as I kind of know the club a bit better, predicted finish is 3rd so still a wee bit of a challenge to get auto promotion. Have an ageing squad with a great right back and a great striker, but apart from that very very average.

So I brought in Bernardo on loan (hopefully one day can buy him!) and Yannick Djallo for 800k which seems to be the standard buy for small clubs this patch. That's my budget done, the rest was spent on good coaches and scouts. Might make another loan acquisition yet, and the sale value of the guys at my club now is pretty terrible. I don't forsee making any more money.

So first game of the season:


Never felt under immense pressure even after the first card, but I got 3 knocks on that game so actually ended during injury time with 1 guy off the pitch getting treatment and therefore 7 guys outfield!!! Survived though!

I am almost done with my first season and I am in the Euro Cup Semi Final.
I bought Andre Pierre Gignac from Toulouse, Tom De Mul from Sevilla, Javier Garrido from Man City, and Darron Gibson from Man United, also I got Sol Cambell for Free. I sold Fox, Loovens, Samaras, Mizuno, Zheng, McGinn, Killen and Naylor. Mark Venus got Fired and I made Lennon *. Manager

 

Thatss even more unrealistic than a regen Thats guys made up as he is a striker and has 17 for tackling

I've recently signed Alan Dzagoev and I lost 1 match (player sent off) and drew another at home and now a good squad harmony has just disappeared for some reason. I've never got this message before.

What do I do here??

 

I think you are supposed to let the player sort it out, anyway can someone explain to me what a regen is, I am new to this game, is it editing a players stats?

 

Just started a new game as Albion Rovers.

Made a couple of loan signings and 3 free transfers and am sitting top of the 3rd Division after 12 games. Will keep you guys posted how I get on

going out to get this today been playing fm since 2004 and cm before that any teams that will give me a good challenge ?

 

I've had this message before and the only real way I've found to address it is in the next pre-match press conference where you it's 90% certain you will be asked about squad discipline and how you are going to deal with it (answer's like leave things as they are there's no problem etc.... begin to punish offenders by dropping them etc...)

However be very careful as I've went through this and after a match I fined a player who received a straight red, turns out it was the wrong decision on my behalf (he was a young player as well) and a lot of the squad turned against me and found it difficult to motivate themselves to play for me

Also you'll usually find it's 1-2 players that always spark it off as well, hence why I sold Boruc and Lustig as they were the main antogonists for me a few seasons back.

 

its when new players are added to the game. for example if you have the same saved game going for 10 seasons, to stop everyone from being 30 odd, new made up players are added to the game. there is no set pattern for regens, each are specific to your saved game only. so obv you get some that are hopeless, and you get some that will one day turn out to be the best in the world

 

Did you punish the guy who got sent off Dempsey? I.e. a warning or whatever..

 

Ya, I twigged afterwards that it was over a red card but that message didnt come until after the next match where we drew. I think it was because I decided to appeal the red card instead of punishment.

I'm usually on the money with discipline, the one time I decide to stick up for a player and we need a team meeting?? Silly Game!
