    mendes- coz we dont have mf the can score crackers
    boyd- GOALS. also think he would score over 50 goals a season for us due to the fact we dont play anti football. like a dirty rank team that we all love to h8.

    I can't believe people would take Whittaker over either of our fullbacks. Or Thomson over Brown or N'Guemo.
    A clear case of "grass on the other side is greener."

    Only player I think would make our best XI would be Boughera and maybe Boyd. But I'd hate Boyd, he manages to make Skippy look like an angel. After that, yea... a number of them would make decent cover... but that's it.

    This is probably the fairest approximation, although I reckon when Caldwell & Loovens are on form there really would be no point in Bougherre. So essentially I wouldn't take any of them apart from as backup!

    bahaha whittaker, please tell me your joking, boyd maybe but honestly this thread has really opened my eyes up to how far ahead we are in terms of talented players, its our league to lose once again.

    I'd only take Thomson and Bougherra. Both would get a game in our side.

    I don't see why anyone would want Whittaker, to me he is *. I understand that he may have caught peoples eyes with his goals and shots but folk should understand he is a defender and paid to defend. He cannot do so. Hinkel is a far, far better player.
    As for Boyd, we already have a tallisman who has no first touch or decent link up play in Skippy, so we hardly need another.

    Davis and Papac, I'd take to have on the bench.

    With regards to the OP in this thread, yes, Celtic should win the league at a canter this season. However that was the case last season as well and we still managed to stuff it up.

    I don't see why people think that. This is a Rangers team that virtually unchanged got to the UEFA Cup final and are clearly of higher qualtiy than every other team in the SPL barring Celtic. They were always going to be challenging us so this idea that we should've won at a canter is unhelpful.
