    SUPER DUPER EXCLUSIVE:
!!!YOU CAN READ IT ONLY HERE!!!
    :rolleyes::31:

An article published today has Koki Mizuno as the latest transfer rumor to leave Celtic, but this one isn't from the usual suspects.

    Yahoo!???? - ?????? - ????

Basically talks about how JEF United are having problems staying out of relegation and could really use his services again as a winger.
Apparently they just got a new "director" (read: similar job as Lawwell here) and he's making it a goal to bring Mizuno back this transfer window.

Unless I'm mistaken, we signed him on a Bosman. So I don't see why not.

    To find what funny?

edit: the exclusive bit is just a dig at people who always write "EXCLUSIVE" and then link somebody elses article.
It's a bit dishonest... to claim somebody elses work as your own "exclusive" when all you really did was copy and paste a url.

I still think Mizuno has enough quality to be a good squad player. Id keep hold of him to be honest.

Mizuno would be very, very good in some other league, like Dutch or Beligan, for example. But I can't see his future here. Mogga will prefer many players over him and it will be hard for Koki to fight for his chance.

That's basically my opinion as well. He'd do very well at a mid-table Ligue1 or Eredivisie side. But as his preseason was terrible I don't think anybody will be interested. For the same reason, I doubt Mowbray rates him.
May as well let him get on with his career back in Japan.

Of course. But one thing bugs me... Why doesn't Mowbray put youngsters in his squad against the likes of St Johnstone, Falkirk and St Mirren? That way Mizuno would have his real chance in competitive match. To judge him by hs pre-season isn't a smart move. And if Mogga judges him by that, than someting is wrong.

If he continues his career in Japan, it would be a good move for him. Familiar place to play in, at least a little European experience and he may as well get another chance in Europe if he performs well there. He's young, there's time for him.

I still think there can be a future for him here, just needs to bulk up a bit and get stuck in a bit more the way Naka did.

I'd like to see him stay.

he just needs to bulk up a little bit so he's not pushed off the ball so easily.

i think he should be playing against the lower teams in the league to gain experience.

loan him out for 6 months to the championship or league one.. then evaulate him when he comes back & he's still got a year left on his contract.

he's only young, give the lad a chance.

i don't think he will ever cut it here. he will never push Maloney or McGeady imo. and for that reason, he's out.

On the subject of Mizuno leaving - I can't see him pinning down a first team berth, so we should sell him and make a profit.

Nakamura is one of my favourite players and I was delighted to hear that Strachan had brought in another Japanese prospect.

Sadly Koki hasn't been given many chances and I guess I'm a bit bias when I say I think he's a quality player, seeing as Nakamura is one of my favourites. I thought he was excellent against Falkirk and I thought from then on he'd get a good run in the team but I guess not.

I just feel really sorry for him when I think about how much of an effort he would've had to make to move from Japan to Scotland and from 1st team football to the reserves. He was also following in the biggest footsteps possible, trying to live up to Nakamura at Celtic. Just feel the wee man has been hard done.

I'll be sad to see him go if he does indeed leave as I'd love to have him playing week in week out, but if that's not going to happen then good luck to him and I'll be following his career wherever it may take him, as I will be doing with Nakamura at Espanyol.

As for Ki Sung-yong, I think he'd benefit from playing in a better standard of league, as long as he's given a chance. If the same thing happens to him like it has with Mizuno, it'll be a waste of time and another players talent wasted.
