Im coming over with the girlfriend for the Hearts game at paradise on september the 19th. Flying into prestwick and dont really want to get the train into glasgow central because i had a bad expierence with huns on my last visit and dont want that again especially with the missus there. Would a taxi take me into glasgow city centre??? Im not worried about the cost or is their a bus service into the city centre??? Cheers folks :icon_mrgreen:.

    * just seen your post about not wanting to get the train, Bus would be next best option, taxi would set you backa fair bit mate !! Main reason there would be huns on that train would be them coming from Ayr (A mostly hun town) as thats where that train runs to / from :50:

A taxi will cost you 50 notes. It's a lot of money when there is only 2 of ye traveling but have a look out on the plane for other Tims going to the game and they might share a cab. Cork is a small place you should know a few faces.

I know you said you don't want to get the train but keep your colours in your back till you get off the train and you should be fine.

Happy days when you could get a direct flight from Cork to Glasgow International without all the traveling.:31:
