Will we lose him in January to the African Cup of Nations?, not sure if he gets a game for Cameroon, just wondering.

Also, Rangers will definitely lose Bougherra, won't they?

Thing is though, we have the depth in midfield to cover for Landry.

Rangers are going to struggle bigtime without Bougherra.

Good for him, I hope he does well with Cameroon. And Mogga didn't play him yesterday because he has some international game. Good move. Hope that move persuades him to join us if he has some other offers.

think he has been as vital in the team as fixing the left back situation Mogga inherited from WGS.

having said that, Rangers will certainly miss Bougherra far more than we will miss N'Guemo. no matter how good N'Guemo has been in his appearances so far, Rangers don't have anyone that can come in and fill the void left by Bougherra.

I'm hoping if he keeps up the solid performances Celtic will make enquires to get him on a permanent basis.

Yeah mate we play them at home on the 2nd. Cant find finalised fixtures for the African Cup but with meeting up with the squad etc id say he will miss it but we have the strength i depth to cope. When Bougherra goes the huns are in trouble.

Playing with Cameroon aswell with Eto'o and Song from Arsenal, Bassong from Spurs and all them, they ahve a good team and will probably go all the way to the final so he'll be away for about a month or whatever.

Robson will be back by then and we have Brown, Donati, Flood and them to carry us through. No European games at the time either so we should be fine.

Plus it was a good idea to play a team that could be starting against Arsenal on Wednesday!

After 2 games they're last in a group of Togo, Morocco, and Gabon. They need to find some form and qualify for the competition before we start talking about them winning it.

They also have Kameni (Espanyol), Geremi (some EPL club ?), Enoh (Ajax), Wome (Werder Bremen?), and Makoun (Lyon) for whatever that is worth.
Makoun would seem to be the preferred DM, but I haven't a clue what formation they prefer to use.
Le Guen hardly gives me confidence in their ability to get major success either. His only real success was with Lyon.

personally, i think it'll be the same situation as when Boruc was on loan to us. at the time, there was talk of Arsenal scouting him and within a matter of days he was in talks of a permanent move to us in the January window.

if his form continues i think it'll be around October/November when the board and Mogga sit down and talk about signing the lad. think if we leave it latter than the January window he may be tempted elsewhere as there will undoubtedly be interest from the EPL if he continues the way he has started his Celtic career.
